All around positive interactions with this branch. Our local branch closed 3 years ago and I converted to La Grande branch, and have been nothing but happy with the service I have received. Stacey, Jacob, and Alisia will go above and beyond. LOVE U.S. BANK!!

Nice friendly people. Website says 8 to 5 but door says 9:30. Angry that I have to drive 22 miles to get to a branch.

As a member of a board of directors for a local nonprofit organization in our community our organization’s treasurer had the worst experience at this branch yesterday. The branch manager at the branch brought her personal bias and opinions into the situation and is the most unprofessional individual we have ever encountered. I’ve been with UsBank for over 20 years and I will not only be moving my accounts to a new bank but we are also moving the non-profit accounts to a new bank. I will be making sure everyone I know has this information so they too can take their money elsewhere. This manager should not be working in customer service. Sadly, this is a non-profit organization that serves the community in a positive way and should never be treated this way!

I had just opened an account here, and went in to withdraw money. It was the first and last time, as your teller was incredibly rude and slammed my money down on the counter. She treated me like I was an inconvenience. Closed all of my accounts and went back to Banner.

My husband went into this branch, (mind you we've had a us bank account for 22 years), to withdraw money from our account. They asked him a million questions as to why he wanted his own money, made him verify himself via a phone code...while he's literally standing there in person. As he was leaving, he overheard the teller on the phone say "he's leaving now," what?!Nice being treated like a criminal at our own bank withdrawing our own money.Guess what us bank? It's my money and I'll do what I want with it.

The manager is one of the best in the business and very supportive of the community: locations all over the Northwest and breadth of types of branches, wherever I travel, make this an almost ideal 'hometown' bank.

Bank closes to early on Friday. Not enough time when you get off work to get there. Short employees I understand that but the wait in line takes forever. You never get greeted when you walk in. Disappointed cause the staff before was amazing.

We had a great experience working with Jacob F. On a boat loan! He was very professional, respectful and kept us posted through the whole process. Highly recommend and they do 20 year terms which makes things affordable, would definitely work with them again!

The staff at this location is always cheery and helpful. I've always been treated as family and have had no issues within the 20 years I've banked there. Stacy the branch manager is always welcoming, knowledgeable and caring.

Oh man, they are never open. It is so incredibly frustrating. I also find it frustrating that they constantly ask you to do your banking online, instead of at their location.I like to do my banking in person, that is my preference, please let me do it that way without getting irritated that I want a print out of my balance.Do what I did... go to Old West instead, they are lovely there!

I have banked with the La Grande US bank branch for 20 years. I moved away several years ago and it is still my bank of choice. If you ever have any kind of issue I suggest bringing it to Stacey Candlish's attention and she will solve your problem immediately.Thank you US Bank!
