“What does culture and community really mean?hq is a hub of sorts - being a music venue, event hall, meeting and community space. The folks running it also run the Eastern Oregon Film Festival, they are dedicated to creating an arts and culture center in La Grande Oregon! The live music, selections have been incredible. The artists, amazing and accessible, the drinks, delicious, cheap, and plentiful.They’ve had an outdoor beer garden with cool fire barrels, and delightful experiences during New Year’s, this is the place you want to do anything at if you’ve got stuff happening in Le Grande.”
