Not very happy with my experience with Ba corp.. Had a problem with my insurance earlier this year I called Bancorp and was told someone would get in touch with me. No one returned my call. I called Sublimity direct and got my problem resolved. No one ever got directly in touch with me.

I had to get new health insurance due to getting forced on to cobra which only last 6 months. I have cancer and could not afford any skips in my treatment. Amy at bancorp found a great plan at a great price and made the transition flawless, I rolled right in to new insurance without any interruptions, that's a big deal! Thanks Amy ?

Had an issue with the main office in Salem, wasn't her fault and she took care of it right away. It was straightened out but unfortunately took 5 business days to do so. I give her and Bancorp a very good rating.

When I recently approached Medicare eligibility, I found the choices of Parts, Plans, Supplements, and Advantages very confusing. I attended webinars, explored SSA tutorials, and read the many direct mailings that I presume every person approaching 65 will receive from insurers. One ninety minute session with Jenifer Ward of Bancorp Insurance helped me more than anything else. She patiently answered all my questions, presented clear alternatives, reviewed my applications, and helped me navigate the confounding process of Medicare enrollment. Now I believe that I am on a solid path for health care for the rest of my life. That's big.
