We love this place but it’s hard to get your meds lately because too many people have transferred there. It’s not so personal anymore.

I have been a customer of Drug Mart since 2005. I had been treated fairly and with respect until today. I was shorted 10 days of medication in one of my prescriptions and when I called to discuss it was told they could run a refill through my insurance for me but they could not give me the missing medication nor would they prorate the cost of the medication. Brandon, the manager, would not budge from their policy meaning I have to pay for their mistake. It is sad that a business can't trust a customer but the customer is asked to trust them. I will be taking my prescriptions, and my husband's, elsewhere.

One of the pharmacists yelled at my pregnant wife and made her cry because the pharmacist was confused about where my wife was in line because she listened to another customer who was wrong. Also didn’t have the right stuff for my wife’s inhaler, judging on how mean the pharmacist was maybe they withheld it since they said they will have them tomorrow. My wife was having an asthma attack from getting yelled at and was there to get an inhaler. Would not recommend. Normally we go into town to pick up prescriptions.

This place is terrible! Choose any other pharmacy or Go to Bend. Nothing is Filled in a timely manner or ever in stock. Multiple Calls to the DR. just to get them to refill anything

Great pharmacy. Staff works extra hard to serve the community. They are constantly trying to find the best way to serve their customers and make adjustments due to the volume increase they’ve had from picking up Walgreens slack. Best thing is they’re locally owned, so when then see a need they make the adjustments sooner rather than later. Get to know the staff by name, they really want to make a personal connection to all their patients and not just treat you like a number. They show up each day because they love what they do.

Everything to be expected from the only good pharmacy in a small town. They get backlogged they lose stuff but overall they do a pretty damn good job.

My family and I have been getting our prescriptions from Drug Mart for 4 years now, and have always had the best experience! Always the best customer service, even when the dear staff are bombarded with patients and orders! They are the sweetest and kindest, and truly care.

This is miserable. They have started closing for lunch until 2pm and I’ve been waiting weeks for an iron supplement. I finally get here and I’m now waiting 10 cars back at 2:23 and I’ve been here waiting on the same car for 20 minutes. This is just crazy. They are always missing a medication or are ridiculously slow. If a car is going to be 20min they should go inside.

I’ve tried to get a prescription filled there for six months and they keep messing it up. They say they’re out and will call me and don’t call. They then say they don’t have the script but my doc says they sent it. Just frustration and the window people continually talk down to you. Must drive an hour to get these then get treated like poo

This place has declined so fast over the last year. They always have some excuse. Coming from Christmas valley to lapine for a medication they say is ready but it's not after you make drive. Often times have to come back the next day. Also never having basic things on hand. Very frustrating and irritated with this place. Have to get things transferred to bend instead and make an all day event over getting medication. Would not recommend this place to anyone

Drug Mart in La Pine seems to be good. The people are nice and helpful. They acknowlege you when its your turn. They try to help lower the cost if you are paying out of pocket (no insurance coverage), and they treat you with respect.I would recommend this pharmacy.
