I needed a tow while it was snowy i called a bunch of companies and the wait was 5 hours. I called mark and the was there within 20 minutes. He's a great guy and knows what he's talking about! Super thankful for his help!

Outstanding is an understatement! I needed a tow, during a snowstorm at 8pm, every tow company wanted an arm and a leg as well as a long wait time, I called Mark and he was there in less than an hour, AND had my car fixed less than 24 hours later. Very affordable, very compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. I would give 10 stars if that were an option.

I was out performing a road side emergency call on a tractor right in front of their home and business, they were so kind to offer me and the drivers of the semi truck a home cooked meal! A chicken sandwich and some veggies. The hospitality they showed is what makes this world a better place. I’ll definitely be sending any automotive and light duty diesel work his way!

We drove from Portland to La Pine on two Box Trucks for a Picking Up Job, and our trucks wouldn't start in the morning because of the low temperatures. The owner Mark came thru with some starter liquid spray can and got us on the road within 10 minutes. Thank you very much!

I post in group I ask where to change oil in la pine to sunriver. Someone told me to go backyard garage so I look fb and google and found them I call them once and I look and saw about set up appointment so I set up for today 1 pm and drop off and they call me that quickly was done I thought it will be a hour or so. And all good change oils,oil filter, air filter, and air filter cabinet..and pay them good price .. and they reset the service on my Kia.. we will go there next time . Faster, reasonable prices, communication clearly and friendly men.. so there..Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
