Zero stars. The branch manager decided to just CLOSE my mom's account (that I'm on to help her manage her funds). Her social security church is deposited here. They state they sent me a certified letter explaining what was happening... NEVER came to my address... MAYBE get the CORRECT address of your customers?! Also that I NEVER answered my phone when they needed to reach me...I NEVER got any calls or voicemails! VERY shady practices! PLENTY of other banks to choose from for your personal or business needs. Do yourself a favor and pass this one up!!

The Manager of the LA Pine Oregon branch needs to go flip burgers somewhere. This bank has gone down the hill faster than any business I know since she took over. And her attitude is like you are bothering here when her job is Customer Service.

I would not recommend running your business or your personal through US Bank.They have the WORST hours. What bank shuts down for a lunch break every day??We walked up at 1:29 just before their 2:00 lunch break and they flipped the sign and locked us out. ??The ladies working inside are all amazing, this is 100% due to lack of staff. If US Bank would hire more staff, this wouldn't be an issue.

Us bank atm machine ate my debit card and the teller told me there is nothing they can do about it because they don’t have technicians they can call. Sounds like bs excuses to get out of having to do extra work.

With Covid 19 issues, it is understandable to only have the drive-thru open, but hours 9 - 4 weekdays only make it impossible for people working days to do their banking without taking time off work.

They just recently changed their policy to where you can't bring in your debit card to deposit cash. You have to have your account number memorized or on hand. Why is that necessary when the ATM doesn't require me to enter my account number? All it needs is my debit card. I'm going back to Bank of America!

They have charged us over $100 in overdraft fees when our bank app shows that we have not had a negative balance. Both my husband and I have tried talking with them to get our money back and we have both been hung up on. Very rude people. We are closing our account. This has happened multiple times for us.
