They need to hire more people & improve the quality of the help they hire plan on spending anywhere from 30+ minutes to ?hours to pick up a script. Very bad service

I saw my health care provider on Monday morning, and her office sent a script to Walgreens. I received a text from Walgreens in the early afternoon that it was ready for pickup. I went inside to pick it up; there was no waiting. The pharmacy technician was really nice and very polite.

Not open at 1pm, also on meal break till 2 pm. Machine very limited. I am way out in Christmas valley Oregon, trying to send drivers via transportation agency. Several people inconvenienced..
Don't even know if they have Dr order yet. Need to pay by phone. Driver's can't drive on icy roads.
