The online unit reservation was seamless! The facility was well maintained and easy to navigate, so convenient. Also has the cheapest prices in town. I will definitely recommend to others!

Your stuff will be stolen here, do not use this location. We are still realizing how much valuable sentimental stuff (on top of highly valuable items) was lost due to the negligence of the people that run this place. Maybe they are in on it and sell your stuff and pretend they had nothing to do with it. They were not helpful in any way or showed any concern. They are protected by the contract so they willfully allow your precious items to be stolen with absolutely no care in the world. They made their money and that's literally all they cared about. Worst service, careless business practice, you may as well throw away your stuff. Avoid at all cost!

DON'T COME HERE. OUR STUFF WAS STOLEN.
Or at least thrown out... We had two storage units rented with all of our family stuff while we searched for a new home. When we came back after about a year, we found the locks had been changed on our storage units! We cut off the locks and found the storage unit with most of our valuable items (furniture, kitchenware, clothing, artwork, etc) was GONE. Inside was a bunch of someone else's stuff! We filed a police report, the woman managing the site pleaded ignorance and that "this never happens." Best case scenario, she (Karen) screwed up and thought we weren't renting the unit, got rid of or sold the stuff and rented the unit to someone else.
Either way, after paying rent the entire time (and only offered a single months' rent reimbursement), it was a crushing loss to our family to lose 30 years of valuables and memories. STORE YOUR STUFF SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Not good service, charged me for $170 on top of $130 for the month. She was trying to come up with some excuse and not refund me the full amount. Tried $120... I told her I was omw there and I'd be there in 45 mins. Over the phone call she was very rude and told me if I wanted my money back I had to move out. Left work early for this 1 hour drive to go get the money. She was waiting with a check for close to the amount taken. I also requested to be off auto pay now.... Let's see if that holds up...

Talked to Karen on the phone to pay a bill and she disclosed information about the customer to me. Several times I had to let her know that she should not be talking to me about a customers payment history, that was personal information that I had no business knowing. Very unprofessional!!

No office entry. Full on units and don't show online so made us wast my time driving their to see theirs no office to walk in to u need a pass to get in to get to office says they are open but gates not opened. Bad sevice bad online service. If yr full u need to say so here too.
