I'm glad I found this place. At the time I was not making alot of money and desperately needed tires. The property where I was living would not allow me to work on my motorcycle for which reason I needed to find a shop that would remove the wheels from the bike. Most shops I called wanted over $100 per tire for labor alone. Extreme Motorsports charged me about half that, and they didn't require I buy the tire from them, which I would have had the previous owner not given me a front tire for free. I purchased a rear tire from them which they mounted to the bike for a reasonable price.

This business must not have alot of customer satisfaction because I've called twice every day for a week and no one answers...How can you have a business and not answer a customer's phone call???

Seriously the most informative and best customer service around. My son has needed help with multiple dirtbike questions and many parts some simple some larger. They always offer very fair pricing and always helping relay information on the "how to" to him. I couldn't ask for better peeps to be going to and supporting locally.

We ordered a part that was supposed to arrive a week ago and haven't heard a thing on the status. I've tried calling multiple times a day throughout various parts of the day.. and nobody answers and the VM is full. Frustrating! In person service is excellent, but Im not sure how to get in touch with them without going back into the store.

I took two motorcycles to this shop and while talking to the main mechanic someone whom was there on their property looking like one of their helpers, without my permission, wrongly unstrapped my bikes damaging one my bikes. Because a business is legally liable for the safety of customers and their property while on that business's property, they accepted responsibility and said they would get it fixed, yet after near six months with it they failled to do so and are now refusing to do so. After only one evening of seeking legal counsel I have learned that there has been many complaints filed about this business. Do not trust this place.

On 2/17/2020 I took two of my motorcycles to Extreme Motorsports. They had just previously replaced the starter on my Avatar and now both bikes wouldn't start. I asked them to please get both bikes fixed so they would start and I gave a list of things I'd like to eventually get done on the Goldwing, but I had a budget of $2,000.00, so asked them to fix the most important things first: Windshield replacement, front shocks refilled, dash lights to work, cruise control to work, and for the bike to start. There was a couple other things that I would like to have done but wasn't important. When I 1st dropped the bikes off, while I was talking to the main mechanic, one of their employees, without my permission, started unstrapping my Goldwing from the trailer by quickly releasing the entire tension of one strap resulting in the bike slamming against the side of the trailer. I ran over while exclaming WTF! and as I began to look over the Goldwing for damage he does the same thing to the Avatar causing it to slam into the edge of the side of the trailer damaging the tank. Though I'm extremely upset, not only because of what was just done, but because I was trying to sell that Avatar, I calmly walk into the shop and inform the lady what just happened. She went out to the shop, returned a couple min later, and with no emotion says, "it looks like we're gonna have to fix that since it's our fault." I'm trying to sell that bike and now they have caused the value to decrease, and now I will have to wait till they repair it before I can sell it.
Around three weeks later, after not receiving 1 phone call, nor did they answer my calls, nor reply to my messages, I drove out to their shop to find they had done no work on them yet. I'm told that their body shop won't work on the Avatar until a month out. I've been getting many calls to buy the Avatar. There was no show of common customer service apologetic sympathy, only emotionless statement of fact, as if they don't care when they get around to fixing the bike, and who cares that they damaged my property and I may now miss out on selling it, or by the time I do I'll have had to lower the price even more. Another 2 months pass without a call, nor answer to my calls, and no return calls, so I drove out there again. She tells me that they discovered the problem with the Avatar has nothing to do with the starter and they guess it's probably just a clogged fuel filter. She doesn't even try to apologize for not working on the Goldwing yet, nor for taking so long, nor for never taking my calls, and instead half assedly states that some of the issues on the Goldwing are not things they are used to working on. I have to remind her that when I brought it in I gave them a list of things wrong with the bike and said that there was an order of importance to the repairs. I'm so upset, and just amazed at the lack of customer service, that I didn't even think to ask them if since they know it's not the starter then what is it or have they even started working on a solution?
It's now been over 5 months, still no calls, still can't get in touch with them. The only two times they answered the phone was the day after I called and left a message within which I said something about getting an attorney, and once in the middle of me leaving a message stating that I wanted to come pick the bikes up to take them to another mechanic.
I have spoken with a handful of mechanics who have told me that they've never heard of this type of customer service nor should have it taken this long for them to complete the handful of repairs.

Made an appointment to have some work done on my Yamaha Grizzly. I show up and unload my bike and wait for 1 hr. No one showed up to open the shop. No call & no showed me and 5 other customers.
I wouldn’t let these idiots work on a bicycle. One guy waiting there with me said his dirt bike has been there over a year on repairs!
Straight TRASH SHOP!
