The ones complaining about not getting service probably pull up to the self service and expect full service. Entitled snobby Lake Oswego “Karens”. I always get 110% customer service at this station.

I See reviews that nobody services gas for customers. For those who don't know as of 2023 gas stations no longer have to have an employee work the pump in Oregon. This gas station is fully self serve. Also the cheapest gas in Lake Oswego. Edit: Sophia's review is more accurate about the law.

The pumps are clearly marked FULL and SELF. If you drive up to the SELF ones and expecting to be served, it's your fault and you are wrong. I tend to use the SELF only because of the station design, those pumps are easier to access from the street. But I have used FULL from time to time with no problem.
