Had an appointment with them for 3 weeks, to get my car serviced, as I travel for a living. When I brought it in, the guy at the front desk asked what I wanted. I said I had an appointment and he snaps back "theres no appointments today, we are having meetings today"!I showed him my online time and day and he said well someone screwed up! He then said I can fit you in next week!
I will never go there again as they wasted my day off, which I dont get many! If you value your time and want professional's, like we all do, go else wear!!!

My car suffered brake fluid leaking on the trip to Seattle, I brought my car to the shop, the service advisor and manager helped me a lot and gave me advice for next step, without any charge. I really appreciate it!

Went in for a oil change. And to check two c if I need a tune up. Heard noise coming from the engine open the hood of the car and found out it was missing 3 fastened screws very unprofessional. Have pictures to prove it.

About 6 months ago I went in to get my ac repair on my Honda civic. I was quoted $4200 for the repair and agreed. The next day I was informed that I was misquoted and the ac part came in 2 pieces and that extra piece is $400. I was unhappy but accepted the new price without issue. When I show up to get my car back they apologized again and said that part is actually in 3 pieces and that extra piece will be another $400. Again I was too nice and accepted an extra $800 bill now. They then offered me a $50 oil change for free on next visit. While unhappy this was better than nothing.
A few months later I come in for that free oil change. During most oil changes as far as I know they check other things like fluids/brakes however since I wasn't paying for this oil change they wanted an additional $150 to check stuff. This is after I was kinda enough to pay an extra $800. After some negotiating they decided to throw this in.
Today I went in to let them know that the AC repair was working about 70/30 so I wanted to see what was wrong with it. They offered to diagnose the problem for $150. They said there would be no charge if it was an AC issue, otherwise $150. After being misquoted twice I can't trust what is said and will never return

Very experienced and helpful crew. Nice clean shop. They try to help people save some money by suggesting some diy solutions before they take a crack at it.

This place just charged me $720 for a simple, routine oil change, brake inspection, differential fluid service, and brake fluid service. I have never paid this much for routine service work. They also tried to scare me at length into replacing my entire front brake rotors when I know for a fact that I just need to replace the pads. For context, I drive a 2018 Subaru that only has 55,000 miles on it that I have only driven for ordinary commuting (i.e., no rough wear and tear from off-roading or driving on rough surfaces). I usually don’t post reviews, but I had to post this one because I made the mistake of coming here and I hope my review will help someone avoid my same mistake. Go literally anywhere else.
