This is an updated review. This place is severely understaffed and has no conception of the value of people’s time. I guess Albertsons must think it’s ok what they are doing but people have choices and I will be transferring to another pharmacy

I have had wonderful experiences from the pharmacy staff. They have helped me to keep up on vaccinations, always answer my questions and I have been treated with the utmost respect. They’re good people.

I highly recommend this pharmacy.
I spoke to Thomas in the pharmacy and he did a fantastic job of helping me sort through my insurance issues. I greatly appreciate his help.

I used to like this pharmacy, but will no longer be going here because of Steve, the pharmacist. He is frequently rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Working in customer service myself, I have a certain level of understanding in most cases, but expect better when it comes to medical professionals.

Worst pharmacy I've ever experienced, by far. The staff is inept, rude, and shouldn't be handling prescription drugs. Go somewhere else.

I called for three hours and couldn’t get ahold of anyone about an emergency inhaler for my son. We were told they would be able to get the meds/inhaler within a day and when I arrived, I was told the parts didn’t come in and I should try somewhere else. The pharmacist was rude and not compassionate at all. They’re clearly overworked and understaffed.

Pharmacy never answers their phones. The pharmacist Steve was very rude and condescending. I’ve worked in pharmacy for years and have never seen someone so snarky to patients. Couldn’t find a prescription that was called in days ago, pretty clear he can’t navigate the computer system. The lady pharmacist who works there is always wonderful and the only reason I don’t transfer pharmacies.

So I had an exchange with of the senior store managers (Tom B.) there regarding two avocados that turned out bad and had asked for him to exchange these for new ones of lesser value. Unbelievably, he was condescending and incredibly smug, refusing, then and asked me for a receipt for those two bad avocados. Wow, how petty. I spend thousands of dollars per year (no more) at this location and he doesn't want to do right for me with a minor customer service issue. The bottom line is they don't get it. Customer Service is the brand, it's everything. I won't shop there again. This one individual cost this store thousand of dollars future in revenue. Just cause this one guy was a total ahole.

I called to transfer all my prescriptions from the Raleigh Hills location the Lake Oswego location, because I moved to a new home. The male pharmacist I spoke to was just very abrasive, and downright rude to me. He wanted to know what medication I needed. I explained that I didn't need anything refilled at this time, but I just needed my actual prescriptions (refills) transferred. I had previously talked with the Raleigh Hills store and was told it was easy. To have the pharmacy call, to request the transfer. This guy was just 100% not helpful at all. He said I would need to cancel the auto fills and call the store back and have them do it. That may well be correct, or not correct, regardless, he didn't have to be so awful. I have seen a couple other reviews also mentioning a... Rude male pharmacist. I will just change pharmacies.

So short staffed they don't answer their phones and overworked that even the pharmacist that I just loved and were kind are being rude, short hours. I shouldn't have to drive up to refill my prescription. After 25 yrs I have switched to Ride Aid across the street, quick , friendly service and open til 9am-9pm M-F Sat 9-7pm Sun10am-6pm
