I had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. My car was having really frustrating problems, which Daniel and the team helped fix over multiple visits. The team was friendly and helpful, the cost was reasonable (an oil change costed less than Jiffy Lube), and I felt respected as a customer. I was looking for a reputable and experienced shop to address the subframe reinforcement and rod bearing replacement on my E46 M3. Very happy with the work they performed! Not super fast or cheap, but if you want it done right these are the guys to go to.

It may be a bit premature to be posting a five star review based on just one visit to this shop but I have to say that their performance so far has been impressive. I had numerous conversations with their "Advisor" prior to coming in and he was very free with his time, advice and knowledge. I brought one of my cars in for an "introductory" look-see and was very impressed by the thoroughness of the Tech who worked on it. Prices are decent and they got me in and out without much fuss. The location is not all that convenient for me and they are ripping up the main street in front of them so it's kind of a hassle going there. But I guess a little inconvenience to get the work done by a great shop is a fair trade-off. I'll be using them again and will post updates as appropriate. But so far, no complaints at all.
