The teller we dealt with is horrible. Went there to assist my mother to get her latest bank statement as she is old fashion and prefer not to have online account set up. She never received any paper statement for quiet sometime. They finally asked her to do call the customer service over the phone - giving wrong reasons 'no transactions which is incorrect'

The service here is consistently TOP NOTCH. As a long-time B of A customer, I recently came in and opened a checking account with my teen. We were seated and patiently walked through the process, taught new skills of online banking and treated as valued customers. (And seriously, my teenager has never been treated with this much respect and seen what true customer service is really all about!). Thank you so much, Luke Potts! You really made our day and made a new milestone in her life a great one! This branch of Bank of America is why I will never give up B of A after 35 years, no matter how many online banks have tried to tempt me!

Beautiful, peaceful branch. Walked in during lunch time and instantly got help from Relationship Banker Raquel Hazen, who was knowledgeable, efficient, warm, kind, and helpful. Thank you, Raquel! ?

Thankful that this branch is still open. BofA seems to be shutting down all over the city

Why is this branch closed? This is a high demand location. BofA has permanently or temporarily closed 2 out of 3 branch locations within 10 miles of this area. Access to ATM is not the same as access to a banking branch.

Mariana (I hope her name is correct) was so incredibly kind and helpful. The manager was also a sweetheart:) It felt like I was being helped by a family member. I will go out of my way to be helped by her again.

It would be nice if somebody decided to answer the phone at this location. Called about 5 different times all separated by 15 minutes of each call. Rumor has that the phone is still ringing to this day and nobody seems to give any effort. I'm sure they just stand around and hear the phone ring and either press silent on the ringer or pretend to become, "busy".Hey guess what, if you answer the phone and deal with customers with no-contact, that means they don't have to come inside and risk everyone's lives (and their own of course) during a pandemic!!! Also, it's less people you have to deal with! So lets learn how to answer a phone! Come on, you got this! Back to the 3rd grade we go!

Final straw was today. I've been banking here for 25 years and have seen everything go downhill. This is the second time I have driven to the bank when it is supposed to be open and they are closed. Apparently they have limited staff and cannot staff enough to keep the doors open. I am closing my account-this is ridiculous!!! And the smarmy newbies that stand around doing nothing make it even worse.

DO NOT STOP HERE for your banking needs!!! The wait times are absolutely ridiculous for simple transactions! I feel awful for the 1 teller they have on staff trying to hurry and help 6 people with no help from his associates. Meanwhile 6 banking members are sitting cozy in their office without any semblance or thought of customer service. Took me 40 minutes to just get simple change for my business. This is a common theme for this Bank of America location. 1 teller on duty to help dozens of people coming with no drive through services available. You would think one of the biggest banks in America would invest in just 1 more teller to get the lines going. Nope, they're more concerned about profit margins than helping their banking customers. Horrible business model and poorly managed location!

Do not go here, they will actually take your money and do this awesome magic trick where it completely disappears, forever. Don’t go here, you’ll regret it.

I have received terrible service from Bank of America. I have been a customer there for decades, and I recently changed my B of A credit card to paperless billing. I got an email confirmation of this change saying B of A would contact me with statements and other communications. I haven't heard anything since. Then today my card was declined and my payment was overdue. I immediately paid the bill and contacted B of A. They lied and said they would not be notifying me. They also refused to refund the $25 late charge. I have canceled my card. Bad customer service, bad lies, ripping off customers.
