Unqualified reps with very little/no experience routinely program patients’ cardiac devices incorrectly leading to dangerous malfunctions and hospitalizations. When you call corporate and report the issue they do not even make an attempt to have a qualified person by phone to intervene…..even with your doctor calling them directly while you are in the hospital from one of their setting mistakes. I will never again get a Biotronik device. It was nothing but problems from day one.

This place offers free CPR training twice a year. You should check it out! That class is a little long, but it's free!
