The male staff are very condescending and rude every time I go to make a deposit. They recommended online banking and made it clear I was not welcome and that they hate their job. If you hate working there just get a new job instead of taking it out on customers....

This one star is not to reflect on the staff, just the building.Only 1 atm...?Can you put a walk up option also? Another drive up option in one of the other lanes? Something???Banks want us to use all the automated system and not come in for in-person transaction but only have one option to pull or deposit cash?

I've been in the area for over twenty years and this branch has a coolest banker, who remembers you and greets by your name, no matter how long you have been away. This branch also has a high turn-over rate as if it's a training branch for the budding bankers and managers who needs experience. However, Bernadette has been there since 2004 or earlier; she anchors the place, greets all old and new customers, and reminds you that you are a human, not a dollar sign, quite amazingly in this time and age. I get a sense that it's her choice and commitment to serve this community that she is staying put, rather than the command of the Chase administration. If it weren't for people like her, I would've ditched the bank long ago.

It's nine am and I got a guy with no personality and no knowledge of anything wow what times we live in my parents banker was way more nicer than chase?? What the heck is happening why do managers allow bad behavior and why do you keep people with no spunk around especially when it's nine am in the morning!!!!

It's nine am and I got a guy with no personality and no knowledge of anything wow what times we live in my parents banker was way more nicer than chase?? What the heck is happening why do managers allow bad behavior and why do you keep people with no spunk around especially when it's nine am in the morning!!!!
