I love this branch and everyone in it so so helpful and nice to work with. I do all my banking here and did my mortgage with the best loan officer on the planet Dave Tong. Someone commented slow - but it's friendly and awesome and this totally impatient girl has never had a single toe tapping minute in the 100x she's been there.

Slowest customer care I have ever experienced had to come back three times to sit down with someone told me I should email them for an appointment t also did that and no one ever responded if they see you waiting they don't check in to see how you're doing very slow, unsupported service

This INCREDIBLY friendly branch of Chase won my heart. The personal attention that Debbie in New Accounts gave me proved I made the right choice. I even got a follow-up call to see how I was doing?! Who does that at a bank? This branch, that's who. I was going to go with another Chase, but the guy we saw from a few weeks before, didn't even remember us. Debbie made it clear that the State Street Branch was the right choice, for sure. I left the fussy B of A and their new $16 a month charge for my business account. I didn't feel treated like a customer who had been with them for 5 years when they went from a Free Biz Account to $16 a month. And, they refused to refund my fee when I left b/c of that very reason. Banking these days doesn't tend to be personal - BUT, I feel this small overtly friendly branch really gives the kind of service you used to feel in the old days. Five thumbs up :)
