I was referred by a very high end jewelry store in Downtown Portland, so I had high hopes, as the watch I was taking in to repair was very expensive. When I saw the reviews I was apprehensive. This is not my watch and I would be left holding the bag having to explain a bad experience. BOY WAS I SURPRISED! The lovely lady behind the counter with very evident YEARS of experience, was not only able to help me fix the issue right then and there, she did it so quickly she didn't even charge me! She just made a new customer for as long as watches need repaired. Thank you!

I own a SEIKO desk clock that needed repair. Spoke with Julie to get the repairs done APRIL 28, 2023. I never heard back. No one answers the phone. Is my clock done? Can I get it returned to me? Horrible service.

Took jn a mantle clock from the late 1800's. The man working there clearly appreciated the old clock, complimented it, told me he would teach me how to adjust it myself-- which he did, and charged me nothing. Wonderful place!
