Like other reviewers, this pharmacy made an error with my order. They asked if I wanted to purchase something from them in addition to my medication, and I said no. They shipped it to me and charged me for it anyway. Their solution is that I won't receive a refund until they receive the item back from me. I think that's kind of ridiculous to hold my money for something I specifically said I didn't want to purchase and now have to go out of my way to return to them. I would not use this pharmacy again.

I have had such a positive experience with this pharmacy, they consistently stand out from the rest with their friendly customer service and their patience and willingness to go over detailed questions an ensure a positive patient experience. I have many sensitivities/intolerances and allergies and have a hard time finding topicals that work, but they made sure I had full ingredient lists so I could make an informed decision. I cannot emphasize enough how warm and friendly everyone was over the phone as well. You can tell they really care!

Terrible communication. They send you a text when your prescription will be ready. I called to make sure it’s ready before heading over there and now it’s out of stock indefinitely. Would have been nice to know last week so I could have called around.

This is the best compounding pharmacy! I always do mail order deliveries for my medication. They are very efficient in filling and mailing out my prescriptions.

My Wife was sent medication that contained an additive that she has a known allergy to. The company acknowledged that they sent this medication to her, and refused to allow us to return/refund the medication. Why ask if a patient has allergies to additives if you are going to include them in the medication anyway?

If only half of U.S. companies operated like this one! They answer the phone like people did in the 1900's. My meds are accurate and seem to arrive before I hang up the phone from my refill call. I cannot say enough good things.

I have used this pharmacy as a patient and professionally and they are always so great to work with. Susan is awesome and always willing to help and consult when needed. All the staff are helpful and professional with awesome attitudes. They have a lot of options, and will ship to your home. I highly recommend.

The positive: the pharmacist, Chris, was professional, knowledgable and friendly.
The negative: my rx direction and day supply is incorrect. When I called to ask the lady who answered the phone said the day supply was calculated using the lesser dose, which it shouldn't be. I asked if I was charged by day supply or by quantity, she would not answer and told me to ask for more next time.
The day supply should be calculated by using the higher dose not the other way around.
