I love the Community Compounding Pharmacy. It is so much easier to deal with them, to get things done. They have a great automated system, but you don't have to use it, you can speak with an actual person. And you won't have to wait 20 minutes on hold. When I've had a question, someone was available right away, & friendly. I get one compounded med from them, refilled 4 times a year, for 5 years now. No mistakes, no delays, in 5 years. I wish they could be my all-around pharmacy.

Love this compounding pharmacy. Never any issues and love the convenience of requesting prescription refills online through the app with the option of having them mailed directly to me!

They are constantly making errors. They don't read or follow the directions or messages you leave with their staff or pharmacists and claim there's no record of them so it's impossible to hold them accountable for anything discussed over the phone. From filling an entire prescription and charging my card hundreds of dollars when I only called to ask if my insurance covered it (and refusing a refund on a technicality) and charging me for a full refill when they only did a partial refill, to blaming their mistakes on my doctor. The customer service while troubleshooting these problems is awful. "I'm sorry" goes a long way and it's not in their vocabulary. I do not recommend keeping a card on file here and make sure to double check your bill compared to what you receive.

Amazing service! They do an amazing job of communicating when any concerns or questions come up, take time to explain things, and have quick delivery.

I’m constantly having issues getting my medication on time . Spoke to 4 people last month who assured me they would take care of it “ right away “ ! Finally received it after my 5th call was offered overnight delivery. Trying to keep this medication in my body to see if it’s helping me . Very hard to do when you have nothing for almost two weeks last month !! I was just told on my second call this week “ just wait for your text “ ! I’ll call again tomorrow if I don’t receive “ the text “ . I hate to call people out , but this is my health that’s involved. So I now will get names each time I call and ask for a supervisor when they don’t take care of my refill . Very frustrated……… Don’t need to go through this every month and it’s happened 4 months in a row !! To be clear I never called to ask for a refill early I just wanted to have it on time when my 30 days were complete and I was ready for a refill !! I was told to call 2 weeks before it was needed so it could be processed in time . So please do not try to make this look like it’s a problem on my side !! That’s not fair and shame on you !!!!

Community Compounding Pharmacy has filled my vital medication order with no gaps across 6 years, 3 different specialists and 2 insurance providers. It’s the most reliable heath care organization I’ve worked with. And no matter how completely destroyed I’ve been, their app made getting a new bottle easy.

It's a shame to have had such a negative experience with a pharmacy that seems to want to do right by people but hopefully this can save someone else the trouble I had. I called in a refill for my medication and said I would pick it up since I live only 15 minutes away. Unfortunately whoever I spoke to, didn't take the time to listen to me because the prescription was not only mailed to me but it was the wrong dose. I paid $99 for 90 pills which should have lasted me 3 months. Since it was the wrong dose, I would have to take 3 pills a day which means it now became $99 for a 1 month supply. I am not able to exchange it or get the other 2 months worth which is really not fair since I clearly stated the dose I needed. The pharmacist said she needed to confirm the correct dose with the doctor but apparently just refilled it at the wrong dose anyway. I will now just take 1 pill a day and hope that my joint and muscle pain isn't too bad because I can't afford to pay for their mistake and pay another $99 in a month. They offered to take $20 off my next order which is why I'm not giving 1 star but it's not okay to send people the wrong dose instead of confirming the right one.

The most frustrating pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I have had multiple issues with not receiving my medication on time. At one time, I was headed out of town so I called in my RX early. Apparently they called and did not leave a message. I assumed they were calling to confirm my RX as always. I got back from vacation and still no RX. I finally called a the CS agent told me that it was due RX being expired. What? So I called my doc and had them fax it... they said they faxed it two weeks ago (?). I also asked them why they didn't leave a message or even call back? No response.I expressed my irritation as I had now been without my hormones for two weeks - that is not easy for a body to do. In fact, in some cases, it can be dangerous. They called back and apologized and said they would not be charging me for this RX. Okay.. great, at least they are making it right. Well, I received my RX and they had charged me.Called back again... they said they charged me bc originally my card didn't go through. (I had lost my card on VACAY and called to cancel... but it was lost and reported AFTER vacay.... not until all this MESS HAPPENED .. such BS). So they claimed the reason they couldn't refill was because of my card. Nerp...liars.So... whatever, I got screwed. Fast forward, that stupid app. There is not confirmation to you on when you place the order. It takes them 2-3 weeks to get the order to you (I live literally 30 min away and they can't send it within a week?)I am so TIRED of the "due to Covid-19" card. GET OVER IT! Adapt and get us our RX! I need to ask my doc for another pharmacy, I am tired of having to go without my hormones due to incompetency.

My phone says William, but it is my phone, Julia. I have always had good service...have it sent to me. It usually takes much longer to fill prescriptions, so I try to give a 2 week lead time. That would be my only concern with refills.

My prescriptions were filled, eventually, but it required a lot of prodding on my part. Lost several weeks because the clerk simply forgot to submit my order. I hear good things about the company and hope they figure it out soon.

The refill process is amazingly smooth. All of your prescription information is listed and in a few clicks the request for refill is placed. So simple!

I have consistently been impressed by the team serving at Community Compounding Pharmacy. Almost every member has greeted me warmly - even during the Covid shutdown when all each person could do was give a heartfelt hello and smile with his/her eyes when handing off my meds. Today I interacted on the phone with Deanna (sp?) as we walked through two adjusted prescriptions for me. There were some details she wanted to clarify, so she asked if she could call me back, rather than have me wait...and call me back, she did! Mega-kudos to whoever does the hiring and training at CCP. It takes a real eye to identify quality people skills AND work ethic. Ya done good - as has your team!!!
