CFC used to be my favorite flooring company when I was a general contractor. Fairly priced and reliable, but now that I'm just a retail customer I can't even get a response to numerous calls and multiple emails. Ended up using Floor Solutions to finish the work I needed. Called, they responded, and installed all the flooring I needed within a week and a half and I didn't have to beg them!
