I purchased an expensive item at CVS tonight and the employee who assisted me helped me use coupons to significantly bring the pricing down! She was kind, helpful and very caring. She deserves all the accolades she can get. Thank you!

i don't appreciate being treated like an inconvenience by the big backed pink haired lady, it was pretty odd considering that it is there job to help others. All i asked for was for someone to unlock something for me and they rolled their eyes and threw their head back, then grabbed the item i selected and hurried to the front without saying a word to me, i had to clarify myself if I should get it when i checkout. Unless you are not being paid, the public expect and deserve better customer service.

Retail pharmacy is a special kind of hell. These folks have always done their best despite that. You shouldn’t have to rock a condom catheter to get through a shift and make everyone happy.

These clowns sent me a message telling me I was available for a list of vaccines. I am 41 and about to go on a cruise. So naturally I was looking to get a Covid booster. When I drove the 45 minutes out to the location I was told I was not 65 therefore not eligible.
They have had ample time to cancel my appointment, I even got a check in confirmation the day off. They knew how old I was. They knew I was coming for a Covid shot. CVS web department please make it so nobody under 65 is getting notifications that there are vaccines available.
Bottom line I should not have been able to make an appointment if it’s against the CDC guidelines and all you are doing is taking appointment space from Senior Citizens by letting the rest of us waste our time. Way to waste appointment opportunities and allow the vaccines to expire. It’s shameful and I’m contacting corporate.

Scheduled a Covid booster just to be told I was too young and they aren’t doing boosters under 65. When they sent me an alert to get a booster and had me averted my age to schedule it. Bad system and a waste of time

Shorter lady working the front at 1:30 was very rude for asking a simple question about if they sold single ice cream bars. Then when I walked away she said people got jokes today under her breath for no reason and I was very polite to her

I have visited this store twice for prescriptions and vaccines and will not be back. The parking lot is terrible and difficult to navigate with lots of cars and small spaces. Once you finally get into the store prescriptions and vaccines take forever and sometimes you cannot even get them. The pharmacists and technicians are not friendly. On both occasions the pharmacist told me as well as another client to make an appointment and return even though they are not busy and there are 4 people working. I truly do not know how they are in business.

If I could rate them higher I would. My perscription is hard to get. Costco, Fred Meyer,Amazon and Safeway said good luck. The pharmacist said " I got you covered". Well she was so right. Every one of the staff has been so helpful and kind to me. Thank you and I'll see you again soon.

Avoid this pharmacy with its unethical retaliating, egotistic pharmacy manager Zafar at all cost. She lied to insurance, patient and the pharmacy tech. I was on a conference call together with insurance for a hour to speak with Zafar and she still would not pick up. This is after Insurance senior member had Called and Spoke with her the previous day. Even with Insurance’s call log, she still lied to staff about not getting the call the previous day, ans refused to pick up my call again. . Sometimes she intentionally hangs up then lied about the phone quality from my home 60 feet away from the store.. Truly revolting..The pharmacist and most of the tech are poorly trained. They cannot even provide the correct prescription information. I have to point out their errors multiple times. If you ask them a simple question! “ What prescription do I still have at the pharmacy? “they cannot give you the right answers..The new permed hair Asian staff pharmacist twist words is as manipulative, condescending, arrogant and dismissive. I should have recorded the conversation. Never seen unprofessional, dishonest pharmacists. CVS pharmacy as a whole has the worst staff compared with Rite Aide and Walgreen.The pharmacy culture reflects the character of RX manager.Most of the techs are willing to help, except for one or two. Front store has a few nice staff.

This CVS is the best EVER. Everyone is so helpful, and I feel so fortunate to have this as MY pharmacy. The pharmacy manager, Shazia Zafar, goes above and beyond for her patrons. She is so very kind and always has a smile. I recommend this store highly.

I had an appointment at 5:15. It's 6:15 and I'm still waiting. Why would you bother putting appointments for a time you're not going to be remotely ready for? There's a line of disabled people as well without enough seats. This is absurd. Don't make the appointments if you can't fulfill the service at that time.
