I'm so impressed with "Dr. Ryan", I don't know where to start. First off, my Dell laptop is nearly six years old and was super slow, with programs hesitating to open, documents freezing or not responding, and delivering bad performance all around. I thought swapping my existing HHD drive with an SSD drive would help.Boy, did it ever! Ryan put in a new Samsung drive and my computer has been transformed! It's lightning fast now and seems to be working even better than when it was brand new. I'm not only pleased, I'm ecstatic!I'm also delighted by the service I received and Ryan's excellent communication (via text and phone) on the status of my upgrade. He's personable, knowledgeable and has the best prices in town. He charged half of what I was quoted elsewhere.Some people are annoyed that he isn't always in during his stated hours, but that's because he makes house calls, and he's very clear about it. So what. His great service, and the value he provides, outweighs it.So do yourself a favor. Take your computer or cell phone problems directly to Dr. Ryan. Don't waste time or money going anywhere else. And pet his friendly dog, Eve, while you're there.

I called here during business hours inquiring about a repair for the charging port on my phone, since this place has a good reputation. Unfortunately, they missed my call and didn't call back. So I ended up taking it someplace else a few days later for a repair. I can't comment much further, this is a small business so I'm aware they sometimes miss calls, so I'm not holding that against them. I do wish they would have at least called back at some point, even a few days later. I also own 2 small businesses so I know how tough it can be. This is definitely a real business and I think they're probably worthy of the five stars they're getting from most people if you're able to get ahold of them. 3 stars since they never called back, but seem to have a good rep for repairs.

Took my husband's iphone in to have the screen replaced. Seemed good. I was happy at the time. But the button never seemed to work quite right after words and fast forward a few months and dust began collecting UNDER THE SCREEN. Took it to another repair store a year later and they said it was a bad quality screen and was installed completely incorrectly and there were screws and plates missing. Would never take a device here again.

I don't usually write reviews but I wanted the community to know about the wonderful service I received from Ryan at Device Doctors. I brought my computer to other stores for help but they were unable to diagnose what was going on with my computer. Thankfully, I found Ryan who took the time to sit down with me and was able to diagnose and fix my computer. It looks like the majority of the one star reviews are because of the shop being closed due to COVID. Ryan runs his shop by himself and I wish people would have more understanding and support small business, especially during a pandemic. Eve, their shop dog, is super adorable!

Ryan was the only one in town willing to touch my 2DS since they are no longer supported by most companies and difficult to replace. I wasn't looking for a repair, just needed a few stripped screws out as it was a hobby project of my own. He told me to come right in, took them out in under 10 minutes, and didn't even charge me for the service. I will 100% be keeping him and his shop in mind if anything else needs repaired in my future!UPDATE: I When I got home I found out that he drilled through the front of the casing. Sort of defeated my purpose with the project of re-casing an old motherboard since it has a hole in it now. Still functional but ruined my project.

I have an iphone 11 & it's about a year old. I dropped it about 10 months ago on a tile floor & there were so many cracks in the glass screen. But it still worked, so I put off getting it fixed. My niece told me about Ryan at Device Doctors & what a great job he does. So I went & got it fixed today & she was right; Ryan did an AMAZING job. It was done in about 45 minutes. It's like new. His prices are very fair & he's a really nice guy but he's very professional as well. I highly recommend Device Doctors. If you don't give them a try, you'll be sorry.
