I went to donate an antique footlocker/entry hall bench, and they wouldn’t take it because it had a water stain on top from a plant. Boy are they getting picky.

Really great quality goodwill, but the prices are waaaaay too high. They need to do some more research before pricing the clothing. I see some of items sitting on the shelf cause they are overpriced. The staff are really kind and helpful, always pulling things down. They were even open to feedback when I told them there was a pair of sunglasses priced for $70 that were only worth $20. But always stocked with some very good quality pieces.

This drop off center has great hours and is easy to pull in and out of. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They don't take large items like furniture so plan for that. Drop off area is covered and protected in the rain.

The staff works swiftly to get to each car or truck with their donations. No problem with small talk while assisting in offloading vehicles. Definitely happy to drive to this location for drop off donations.

These folks today were not helping my wife (69 y.o.) unload donations from her car.They were busy chatting with each other but did roll out a cart for her to put her donations into. Not very helpful young men.Disappointed.

The goodwill is a joke. They would not take brand new exercise equipment. It could have gone to the poor but instead it's going to the city dump.

I drop off goods here all the time since this drop off opened years ago. Today I was quite surprised by the rudeness of a staff person working there. First, I was unaware I had to pull the stuff out of the back of my truck, as I'm pretty sure they grabbed it last time but I could be mistaken. The worker pointed at me and said no you! Then they started ripping bags open checking to see what was in it, and pushed matching seat cushions (good condition and for a rocking chair, not sure why they wouldn't take them) at me that they apparently wouldn't take. I understand if there are changes (round 2 of covid) l, but to aggressively point at me, then push things back at me was downright rude! I am unlikely to go back here, and if they are going to start ripping bags open I will find another organization to donate to!
