Jeff and his team were incredibly helpful last week when one of my tire valve stems snapped off causing my tire to deflate. They got the problem fixed quickly and even helped me transfer my groceries over into my temporary car. Thank you guys!

I had a great experience at Goodyear Auto Service! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and ready to help. The service advisors took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I understood the work that needed to be done and providing an accurate estimate upfront.
The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the time pass quickly. They completed the work on my car efficiently and even performed a complimentary inspection, which was a nice touch.
I left feeling confident that my car was in excellent hands, and I appreciated the transparency and honesty throughout the process. I’ll definitely return for future maintenance and recommend them to anyone in need of reliable auto care.

I came over to replace front two tires on Mazda6 with my spare tires from my garage, the salesman Dillan and Tech Brogan helped me on that. They started work around the appointment time and after inspect the tires, they recommend me not install them since one of tires are 11 years old and has a rubber scrapped out on the tire rim.
I took their suggestion, did not swap the tires, they provided me new tire quote without pressing me to buy them on the spot and let me to do the research.
They recycled the bad tire for me and put another one in the truck with plastic bag wrap around the tire. Keep my truck clean. thanks!
No charge on swapping tires, even they put them on the rim and switch back to original tires. That is about 30mins work.
Good clean place, nice people to work with. I will be back for other service if needed.

I was having trouble finding the tires I wanted. Thanks to Omar I was able to find the Goodyear Eagle brand of tires for my Nissan Maxima on a Saturday morning!! No other business had them in stock and Omar made it happen! Thanks to Omar and his technicians for staying late on a Saturday to get the tires installed and changing the oil so that I could make the long drive back to California…

Unprofessional at it's finest here. Made an appointment only to be told that it would take 3 hours for an oil change. That's fine, they rescheduled us to another time. Came it for that oil change and it still took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Then they tell me the price is going to be $10 more than the quoted price. Ok, I'm in a hurry anyway and don't have time to argue. Then they can't run credit cards and want to make a photo copy of my credit card, not a red flag at all. Guy says, "we deserve to get paid for this", completely unprompted and super defensive. I also deserve to be treated with respect and dignity but that ship sailed an hour ago. Fine, they take the photocopy and I go. Get the invoice later that shows the complete service break down that shows the original quoted price. Somewhere in the mix they decide to add in almost $10 and I have to fine a sub-line that says "* Shop supply fees cover misc materials used in servicing your vehicle that do not appear elsewhere on this notice and for profit."
The entire rest of the invoice breaks down all the parts and labor that reflect the original quote. If you have a profit margin it should be tied into those costs, in fact I guarantee they are. What this reflects is an arbitrary extra cost "just because". It's unethical and terrible business practice. I'll be sure to steer clear of this business from now on, and make sure I let everyone I know to do the same.

ALL FAKE REVIEWS!!! EVIL SCAMMERS!!! After getting a new battery a tech working there put heavy duty glue on my windshield…. Lucky I caught this! and wiped the glue clean off instead of using my windshield wipers! When I confronted the manager (Brian) over the phone he just laughed and admitted his tech did that and jokingly said I should come in and have him clean it off. Truly SCUM OF THE EARTH!!!

This is the only place I go to have work done on my car whenever possible. besides my Ford dealer. Eric their lead Head technician. Is magical with a wrench! He's the man if you need anything done to your car. But their whole team at that location is absolutely outstanding. From the service writers like Omar. to their technicians ? thank you Eric and to your whole team for such outstanding customer service ?
