When it came time to do the printing Harold and Premier Press were recommended to us by Ryan/Eric and the team at OVO.We had a mix of hard and soft cover booklets sent to us.After we took delivery we realized that we didnt' receive the hard covers that went with the booklets.After much back and forth with Harold we recognized that they produced and shipped it, but UPS never delivered it to us (two part order, 8 boxes each, 1 was dissimilar and just never recevied).We both tooth our time trying to see if we could locate the missing hardcovers.When it became apparent that they weren't going to show up, Harold and his team basically said, "Dr Kang don't worry about it, we are gonna get this done right by you."And that was the end of story.
