I waited, again, for gas in the full service lane be but no one ever came out. I left and went to Chevron where they have a friendly attendant on duty. I will not go back to any Jackson. Plus, I think they are legally supposed to have a full service pump.

Went inside to pay for $40 worth of gas. I also bought some mints. My total charged to my debit account was 42.95. We out to pump 2 to pump the gas. The pump was not reset. Went back inside and asked for help the manager came out and told me that he was going to need to run my card again. I said no. He told me the charge would fall off my account. Last night it stopped showing pending and was a permanent charge. I think the cashier kept the money. Who owns the gas station?

This location is the worst. Not once but *twice* now I've needed to fill up a rental prior to returning it and have had problems. The first time I waited almost 15 minutes before someone came out. The second time I waited 10 minutes and nobody ever came out--I had to race to another station to refill the rental before the return office closed.The first time this happened I was given a sheepish excuse along the lines of "I didn't see you waiting". The second time there were people waiting at almost every pump and still nobody came out. No room for that excuse. (I think most of them either illegally self-served or just left like I eventually did.)

Very poor customer service when filling gasoline tank. The attendant was lazy and didn't want to wait at my car, since it was hot and it needed someone to hold the nozzle or else it would keep popping off. So I volunteered to hold it myself. Attendant was very curt, and acted in a disrespectful manner. With gas being as expensive as it is, I don't recommend this location.

Bright and friendly no frills convenient store/gas station that rivals any circle k (even tho there ain't none 'round these parts).

It's a gas station with all the usual suspects; candy, chips, snacks and soda but they do have a walk in freezer. The staff is friendly and timely. No complaints and I they're open late so I like to walk there and get munchies.

Stopping here is like going back in time, when businesses cared! I always get a huge smile and a clean window with my fuel! The attendant has a wonderful country accent that makes you feel at home!

The gas attendant was the creepiest man I have ever met. Me and a friend(both young girls) pulled up to get gas and he was acting erratically making jokes and yelling. As we were about to pull away he came to the window and leaned into the car, put out his hands, and said "where is my tip". We started to get one but he became creepy and insistent telling us how much to give him. We rolled up the window and started to drive away and he kept yelling at us as we pulled away to give him a tip saying he would play "ro-sham-bo" and if we won he would give us money and if we won and we would give him money if he did. We were literally trying to drive away as he kept yelling and following us. Didn't get his name but we think he was on something, we are teenagers and this hyper man would not leave us alone, literally leaned inside the car, and yelled at us. If we got his name we would report him

Extremely inconvenient that I couldn't pay at the pump. Forcing me to have to make a very uncomfortable decision. Not sure what happened to "service" ? This is Oregon, where we can't pump it ourselves but would love to! ... Point is I usually tip, and did not this time. Please consider accepting full tender at the pumps. Most places do.

I usually don't do this but the older dude, possibly Indian (sorry it's just a good descriptor) was so rude to me tonight. (Not to mention last night when he was rude to several people as I waited in line and he was ridiculously slow. It seemed like the young lady working there had to press the buttons on his computer. He would scan stuff and then just stand there blank faced waiting for her.) My power has been out for several days and I'm staying at a nearby hotel. I came to get some snacks and stuff as they were the only place open. From the start he rolled his eyes when he saw me come in. He scanned my items and shoved them at me. After my transaction I asked for a bag (forgot to ask before and apologized for forgetting) he then stared at me, rolled his eyes, let out a huge sigh and said "do you have a nickel?" and I said no but I'm happy to run my card again, again I apologized for my forgetfulness. He said something I couldn't really hear and then said to disregard it this time. I laughed and told him there was need to be so rude and apologized for inconveniencing him. Not the dude you want front and center for customers. In my experience employees at Jackson's are usually really nice.

I've been to the gas station before and waited 10 minutes and nobody came out to pump the gas. So they get one less star for that. Otherwise, I stop here a lot for snacks, drinks, before we get out on the road for a while and I really like the store a lot. Huge variety, nice clean restrooms
