Guys are not the best, but the girl in the morning is the best. Always quick,Cheerful & very helpful. She offered to go in & get my window wash fluid so I didn't have to get out of the car. I try to go when she is working.

It's a gas station with all the usual suspects; candy, chips, snacks and soda but they do have a walk in freezer. The staff is friendly and timely. No complaints and I they're open late so I like to walk there and get munchies.

The gas attendant was the creepiest man I have ever met. Me and a friend(both young girls) pulled up to get gas and he was acting erratically making jokes and yelling. As we were about to pull away he came to the window and leaned into the car, put out his hands, and said "where is my tip". We started to get one but he became creepy and insistent telling us how much to give him. We rolled up the window and started to drive away and he kept yelling at us as we pulled away to give him a tip saying he would play "ro-sham-bo" and if we won he would give us money and if we won and we would give him money if he did. We were literally trying to drive away as he kept yelling and following us. Didn't get his name but we think he was on something, we are teenagers and this hyper man would not leave us alone, literally leaned inside the car, and yelled at us. If we got his name we would report him

Extremely inconvenient that I couldn't pay at the pump. Forcing me to have to make a very uncomfortable decision. Not sure what happened to "service" ? This is Oregon, where we can't pump it ourselves but would love to! ... Point is I usually tip, and did not this time. Please consider accepting full tender at the pumps. Most places do.

I usually don't do this but the older dude, possibly Indian (sorry it's just a good descriptor) was so rude to me tonight. (Not to mention last night when he was rude to several people as I waited in line and he was ridiculously slow. It seemed like the young lady working there had to press the buttons on his computer. He would scan stuff and then just stand there blank faced waiting for her.) My power has been out for several days and I'm staying at a nearby hotel. I came to get some snacks and stuff as they were the only place open. From the start he rolled his eyes when he saw me come in. He scanned my items and shoved them at me. After my transaction I asked for a bag (forgot to ask before and apologized for forgetting) he then stared at me, rolled his eyes, let out a huge sigh and said "do you have a nickel?" and I said no but I'm happy to run my card again, again I apologized for my forgetfulness. He said something I couldn't really hear and then said to disregard it this time. I laughed and told him there was need to be so rude and apologized for inconveniencing him. Not the dude you want front and center for customers. In my experience employees at Jackson's are usually really nice.

Me(Lyft Driver) picked up an employee(Mark) from this gas station. On his 2 mile road home he did not not like the directions that the Nav was suggesting. He got very upset and pulled a knife on me! Police was called. Talked to Manager John the next day. He refusesd to terminate that employee because he said he was "short staffed" already. Unacceptable in every way and last time I purchased anything from any Jackson gas station

The rudest place I have Ever gotten gas in the Portland area. Horrible customer service. The night manager on 12/11 was the worst. My chip reader on my cc didn't work and was treated like I was homeless or something.. even rolled his eyes at me. I proceeded to pay with cash, Then I got the generic "have a nice night Sir.. "

Shiny clean store. Ben Kingsley behind the counter was hard to hear and understand. Prices seemed to be higher here than other gas stations and/or convenience stores. Maybe the Lake Oswego tax?
