I was in. I was out....thanks guys!
I was in, I was greeted. I may have waited for about 5 minutes tops for them to get to work on my car. I just got an oil change. They changed that oil lickety split!! They were friendly and professional. The way I like it. The way most people like it. Actually, I don't think anyone likes rude and unprofessional....I was out. Oil.....Changed....!! See ya in 6 months

Came in today for an oil change and they were very busy, but doing such an excellent job. Unfortunately the gentleman in the car in front of me must have been having a bad day, because before he left he got out of his car and started aggressively yelling at one of the service providers!!! It got so heated I myself had to get out of my car and tell the guy he needed to leave. As someone who has worked in customer service my whole life it’s not the first time I’ve seen someone behave this way, but it’s still always baffling to me that people are arrogant enough to think it’s ok to act so awful to someone who is just trying to do their job. The man who was working ( my paperwork says his name was Eric I think) was flustered by the altercation but very apologetic to me about it. He and the rest of the team did a great and efficient job. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely go back

This place is not what it looks like. They charge you an extra shop supply fee for 4 dollars on top of the overcharged oil price if you don't get any other service. The management doesn't like helping their customers or employees their soul goal is to sell sell sell they will see you air filters when they don't need to be replaced but look dirty. Also almost all the employees do the bare minimum unless told otherwise and they charge 35.99 for a light bulb that cost 15 bucks at autozone. If you have a car that's they don't want to work on that will tell you they are outta stock so they don't have to work on your vehicle. The diff services are 100 bucks each and all they do is take two bolts out of the diff and drain the fluid than refill it with usually less than 3 quarts. They are overpriced, unprofessional, lazy, and the managers try their damnedest to make it as difficult and long of a process as possible so they don't have to refund you for their laziness and scummyness. Would not recommend any jiffy lube owned by premium velocity auto group.

Friendly staff who got me out quickly despite being understaffed. Also didn't try to sell me anything other than an oil change (even after looking at my air filter, which was in good shape)

Didn't have the oil needed for my car so they had me wait over an hour while one of them ran to the store to grab the oil and come fill it back up. Then they charged $120 for a premium oil change when I didn't need it. I also lost an hour and a half that day. I literally change my own oil now because of that interaction with these goons

My car was making some strange noises so I needed to check my oil level. The staff was super nice and helpful even at the end of a long day. They topped off my oil and saved me a bunch of time and a trip to the dealership tomorrow.Would definitely go again for car maintenance needs.

My headlight dashboard notification went off so I dropped by the Jiffy Lube by my office, after work. I was made aware that my serpentine belt was so worn out that it was about to break. It could not be fixed at that shop but they referred me to the Lake Oswego Jiffy Lube, where it could be replaced.I called the LO store and the manager, Eric, reassured me that they could get it repaired the following evening (it was closing time when I called). I was on pins and needles for 24 hours, afraid it would snap and I would be stranded on the side of the road at any moment - but that following evening, Eric got the belt ordered and replaced in less than an hour. He also changed out the headlight, which the guy at the other Jiffy Lube could not reach.I can't tell you how relieved I am to be all fixed and everything was taken care so quickly, and for much less than what the dealership would charge!I am very grateful to Eric and his staff, for the great customer service! I am also relieved to know now that that do all kinds of services and not just oil changes. Great customer service is rare & so is affordability - these days - so I am very happy to now have a shop nearby that I can go to for future oil changes and issues with my car!

I have a Range Rover and was skeptical about going to Jiffy Lube for service. BOY was I wrong!! Not only could they service my vehicle, but they also found a service problem that a local Range Rover mechanic recently missed! They take their time. On top of it all, GREAT customer service!! Trust for me is not easily given. I’m glad I gave them a chance. I’m a customer for as long as I live here! A true gem!

I arrived ~15 minutes before opening just to get in line before anyone else and the employee first kindly reminded me about the 9 am opening. But a couple minutes later came back and said he could start on my car then even though it was before they had officially opened. Was very efficient and kind, and gave me some advice on some break concerns I had as well. I would go back to this location next time I need to change my oil.
