Service went above and beyond to help me and my husband get our account up and running. I have a feeling anywhere else our situation would have been more of a hassle and I’m so happy it went so smooth. Thalia was amazing at guiding us through the process and patient with all of our questions.

Justin Ziehnert has been my moms banker for the past couple years. He was in Lake Grove but when he moved to the Lake Oswego branch we definitely followed him there. My mom has dementia, and hasn’t been able to manage her banking the past couple years. He’s helped us in a number of ways. One was Mom was charging things on her credit card that were scams. He was able to retrieve most of the money back. He is always very friendly, thorough, and simply put helpful. In this stressful situation of finances and having a mother with dementia, it’s so nice to be able to depend on someone at the bank. Thank you Justin!!

To anyone who's interested, stay away from this institution and it's backwards dealings, terrible customer service. They will find anyway to f$&! with you and make a dollar. Lots of hidden stuff you know nothing about until it's for their favor. Kiss my ass Keybank I'm finally rid of all of you! Find anywhere else to bank, a credit union is probably the best bet, especially with the great rates still there! They couldn't come anywhere close to the rates at my old credit union in Idaho on a auto loan!

The worst bank around! Nobody works there! Complete embosils. They can't even make simple transactions. Unbelievable. Don't waste your time. Much better banks around

Great Branch Manager!!Weve been banking here for 9 years. Our Branch Manager, Megan Reggiani provides a great atmosphere, and terrific service. She recently assisted us for a last-minute notary need and was able to deliver without complications. She is Awesome!!

I was calling Key Bank about a problem with my bank account, and the lady that answered my phone call was talking down to me and laughing at me when I was frustrated about my situation. I don't understand how if I go to consumer service for help, they will belittle me and laugh at me. How will that make me want to continue my business with Key Bank? I've been a proud customer of Key Bank for quite some time now, and it's sad seeing the bank in my hometown go downhill. Very disappointed in Key Bank these days.

I really like this branch of Key Bank. I've worked with Amanda on a few things and she's always been very helpful and friendly. There is a lot of construction going on around the branch (roads and City Hall next door) so getting there physically can be a challenge. But overall it's a great bank to work with.

I came into this bank and was the only person in it and was told to wait. So I waited for 10 minutes while they talked amongst themselves and was their last priority

So, I wrote a check for my rent in the amount of 1,395. Key bank cashed the check for 3,395. It overdrew my account 2,000 dollars, and they charged me an overdraft fee that the branch on A avenue would not reverse.......there are no words. They were very unsympathetic, Susan, the inept teller said things to me like "what I'm trying to explain to you"......"it's not our mistake so we won't reverse the fees". Insanity!! I had to take every penny of my savings so I would not have a negative balance. It's been seven days and still no money. I've banked there for 15 years, this is the most absurd thing I've been thru. Basically the bank has stollen my money, and will get it back to me whenever they feel like it. The check was crystal clear with perfect hand writing. Most ridiculous this is.......
