UPDATE BELOW: @#$&€§{¢£% they emailed me saying my labs have been sent to my provider. then my provider calls asking me if I've done my labs yet. i try to sign up for theLabcorp patient portal so i can send them to my provider myself, but the patient portal says I don't exist. so i call them for 15-20 minutes over and over and nobody picks up. i drive down there, ring the doorbell, no one answers. i call like twelve times in a row, watching people walk around inside through the frosted glass door, listening to their phone ringing over and over and over and over and OVER. i called my provider and let them know, they will try to get ahold of them since patients are too lowly for Labcorp to bother with. they'll probably get stonewalled too. i sincerely hope my provider ends their partnership with these losers as soon as possible, they were certainly shocked by my report of Labcorp service. ridiculous. y'all didn't need to send me a lie email claiming you had sent a lab you hadn't sent. you have time to write lie emails but no time to answer the phone.
UPDATE: my provider reached them. the tech didn't read the lab orders properly and only did half of the ordered tests. they have sent me a form that i can take to any lab to do a new blood draw.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Posted hours indicate they were open, but they weren't and they didn't even bother to post a closed sign on the door. I checked in today for routine labs around 10:00 a.m. with the machine and waited with two other people for over 20 minutes with no sign of life in the lab at all. Not one person walked out of the lab or in the lab for 20 minutes. I started to suspect nobody was even in there, so I asked store employee if the lab people were in today and sure enough they said, no, they clearly weren't in because the light inside the lab was off. I looked at the frosted glass door of the lab and realized that she was right. There wan't even a light on for the 20+ minutes I was waiting. I will NEVER waste my time at this location again and I will ask my doctor to use Quest labs for me from now on.

You guys are the best!A very friendly nurse, it does not hurt to donate blood (there was a complex analysis and it had to be taken in five stages, they took two and three times from each hand!And it didn't hurt at all.(And I'm from Russia, and believe me, our needles are thicker and we tolerate pain).Since it was a very long process of passing the analysis, your chair won me over).I was reclining on it and even slept!The laboratory is very clean!!!100% quality mark!I will definitely come back🫶🏼

I went here for a pre-employment drug screening. They are appointment only- no walk-ins. There are multiple signs saying this. After making a quick and easy appointment online a week out, I came back on time for my appointment. The screening was quick and sanitary. The technician was professional and friendly! This option is far more convenient than going to the facility at the hospital.

Arrived a few minutes prior to the lab opening at 830, Cynthia was right on time and turned on the ipads so that we could check in. There was a little hiccup about the ipads saying there wasn't availability for us (we weren't not getting drug screens just walk in labs) according to the signs you only need an appointment for drug screens. Bring your lab requisiton into the lab with you and your drivers license. She fixed the iPad issue and got us back promptly. She was efficient, professional, and timely. She is all alone working here. She said she is the only one all day that works at this labcorp. She has a lot on her shoulders, and for all that she has to do, she was rocking it with such a great attitude. I would definitely recommend coming here, but please try and be understanding if it is busy, I would recommend coming earlier in the morning. I would come back here if I ever needed labs again!

If I could give a Zero I would. I collected my sample at the location and gave it to the front desk people within 15 minutes of collecting it. To then get the following on my test result is a complete and utter joke. This is on top of the fact that neither of the front desk people that I interacted with showed an ounce of empathy. Avoid this location if this is the type of results you are going to get cannot trust that they are even going to handle your sample correctly.

Purchased the test online and since there were no online appointments available, I walked in the same day, a Thursday afternoon. I waited appx. 15 mins. for my test done by Cynthia. There were two people ahead of me. She was quick and friendly, and painless too! I got the test results by email 24 hours later. Thanks very much Cynthia ☺️

Lab girl, a M.A. refused to answer any questions I had for a drug screen for an employer. When asking for the LabCorp main number to make an appt she hung up on me instead and refused to pick up the phone after several tries. Also directly said " I have other patients right now so I cannot help you". That's a medical assistant for you, imagine if they tired to get a career in nursing! Babies wouldn't make it Lol.This was at 03/11/24 at 1426.
