Lake Oswego Jewelers is a wonderful, 3rd generation family owned business. They are honest and go beyond the call of duty for their customers. Unfortunately, I dropped one of my favorite necklaces and the smoky quartz took a beating. I brought it into John, the Manager, to see if he could repair. It was a long shot but was hopeful. John meticulously cleaned it and put the pieces back together. He found the perfect replacement for the stone that fell off at the top of pendant. It is restored back to its original beauty.Thank you, John! My good energy charm is back around my neck and not stuck in a drawer broken.Below, I took the picture of before and after.

John and Travis are wonderful .i had just gone on for the first time for jewelry repair .It was a simple loose piece of jewelry I thought needed to be replaced .They tightened it on the spot and didn’t even charge me for that .They had other customers but made time for me .I will definitely go back and buy a piece .The collection they offer is stunning .

Jon Kim and the team at LOJ were an absolute DREAM to work!!! This was the first time I’ve ever designed a piece of jewelry and I had a beautiful loose stone that my parents gifted me 25 years ago and finally decided to have it set into a ring. John and his team were very knowledgeable, patient, and creative in helping bring my vision to life. THE FINAL RESULT BLEW ME AWAY! We went through three wax molds getting closer and closer to final plans. The tweaks they suggested along the way were spot on. I’m so pleased with the ring and would recommend LOJ to anyone needing a custom piece.
