I really wanted to like this place and gave it two tries. The first time was super strange. The lady had no shoes on and was on FaceTime with someone half the time with one AirPod in. I got builder gel and they were way too thick. They did five or six layers of the builder gel and barely thinned them out. They did give me a free nail design which was nice but I think it was cause they could tell I was unhappy. I went back to a different gal and asked for the builder gel. I specified I wanted them thinner. The lady was really nice but my nails are extremely flimsy as they only did one layer of the builder gel. Not to mention they started my nails 35 mins after my appointment time. The woman that did my nails was nice enough to give me some goldfish because I missed my dinner plans due to how late they were to starting my nails and how long my nails took and I was famished. My nails look good but they keep bending backwards.The facility is beautiful but not worth the price.Services: Nail art

The environment is very nice and comfortable. Although I am not impressed at all with the skill level, I have acrylic nails. I’ve gone to many places and this one is basic. I still have to return all the time because their job is done poorly. They can’t do what I asked them to do even if I bring in pictures they still don’t get it right or say they don’t have a color available. I was in a hurry one day, and I was given a nail tech that had to be new because she had to ask questions every five minutes for help. The man at the front took my card and charged me $120 when it should’ve been $100 I’m going to dispute this charge with my bank. I don’t know if he just added a tip on there without asking me and I still had to go back the next day to get them re-file because they were all on even.. I have no idea how they have so many good reviews because they are basic… no better than any other nail salon I’ve ever been to. Definitely unimpressed and will not recommend them..

I have had acrylic nails done multiple times at this salon and they kill it every time. I’ve experienced two nail artists here and they both are quick but do beautiful work. The shape always is perfect and the quality is amazing! I highly recommend!Service: Acrylic nails

First time customer and I was SO happy! They did an amazing job on my nails. Also, everything was clean and beautifully decorated. They also have every type of nail design, type and style that you can think of! Definitely recommend!!

My Mom & I went in today for pedicures & had an absolutely amazing experience! Everyone was friendly & they fit us in as a walk in. I’ve been to several nail spas in the area & I like this one the best! They had so many color options too :)Services: Pedicure

Highly recommend. I've been going here over 2 years and have never had a problemor been disappointed! Always beautiful job on my nails. I have been to this nail salon 3 times so far and each time I have been so happy with my nails. I get the dip service. They have plenty of options for color. Jasmine has been my nail tech every time. She remembers my name and details about me. She does a very thorough job! Will continue to be a customer!!Service: Dip powder

Amazing first experience here. The lady who did my nails, Jasmine, was so nice and accommodating. She really took her time to make them look clean and like a natural nail. Also did a good job on my brows and lip waxing.

I will only go to this salon forever! Love it here! Annie did my gel pedicure, and Jasmine did my dip powder manicure. Both French tips, and both perfection. They repaired my broken natural nails seamlessly. The French tip paint was flawless and matched beautifully! I cannot recommend this place and these artists enough. I love L’Amour!!!!!! I have given this place many chances, but the last time was absolutely the last. I have been to countless nail salons, all over the world, and I have never been cut so badly as I was at Lamour. Not only was the pain awful, but my right big toe was gushing blood. When I nearly started crying and told the woman that she had cut me, she told me I had a hang nail and said she could put something on it to stop the bleeding. To be hurt like this in a public place is already incredibly uncomfortable, so to minimize the experience left me feeling incredibly disrespected. While I appreciate that the manger or one of the managers took over the pedicure after what happened, I was still charged for the pedicure. What a terrible way to handle this. If you're going to cut your customer, at the very least, don't charge them for it .

The space is quiet and clean and the folks are inviting. I always leave happy with the quality of my nails. On my 2nd visit multiple workers recognized me!
