A Les Schwab, Lake Grove, Oregon sales rep suggested I try a set of 245/35R-21XL 96Y ION EVO ALL SEASON tires when I was replacing a worn out set of Michelins on my older Tesla Model S. I was skeptical after running Michelins for more than 12 years on the S, but went with his suggestion. Fabulous choice, simply for the road noise reduction. The car has never run so silent! These may be one of the first tires designed specifically for electric cars, and they have delivered a great result. Not sure about ultimate tire mileage yet, but the noise reduction was worth the switch.

Kyle, from Les Schwab, Lake Oswego; Ashley from Les Schwab, Gresham and Hernan, from Les Schwab, Aberdeen WA were Outstanding!! Our family got a flat tire last Friday on our way from Portland OR to Seabrook WA for a 3 day weekend getaway. Les Schwab, Lake Oswego, had replaced that tire less than 3 weeks earlier. Kyle was terrific! Ashley helped us on the phone connecting us to Hernan. AAA put a spare tire on the car, in Aberdeen but we could not drive back to Portland on the spare. We reached out to Hernan in Aberdeen, WA he was not able to get us a new tire by Sunday so he put another stronger tire for Free on our car, to get us back to Portland. Kyle at Les Schwab in Lake Oswego will give us a new tire on warranty for Free. Kyle, Ashley & Hernan were outstanding and we will always go to Les Schwab!!

Showed up an hour before close and even though they were busy the service was outstanding. The entire staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, speedy and kind. Plus they still have a popcorn machine!

Les Schwab is the only place I'll use for tires. They operate the business with a lot of integrity. It was easy to make an appointment online, and the staff members were very friendly and efficient. There was a large, clean waiting area with tables and chairs, and the work on my car was done quickly. Although I was expecting to be told that I needed 1 or 2 new tires, I was informed that they had found a nail in my tire, patched it, and checked the air pressure in the other tires -- all at no charge. This place is awesome and will always get my business!

Maybe prolly just the store here in Lake Oswego but they really burned me. Got me for $280.00. I found ties and wheels reasonable in area. So like a good Customer I ask Les to check them out for me and if they are good to please install the them. they tell me tires look great eheels look great they do the job opp last minute call to me 10 minutes before close need all new valve stems and lugs. extra $100 plus bucks... i come get the car and as i hit 55 mph on the freeway horrible vibration sets in at the stearing wheel and drivers seat at my butt... So the following monday i get ahold of the and they say its was due to water in the front wheel. and they removed it. i drive back to my house on the other side of town and feels like my rotors are failing above sixty and the faster i go the worse it gets.. my thinking now the This veterans bonifide PTSD TRIGGERS that if i go 70 or 80 miles per hour it will go away. But it doesnt. so no on limited funds till the first i bring it back and they say the tires ate bad. i sm like why did you put them on my car then.. there like i dont know and i am sorry we can try and rebalance if you like as PTSD IS TRIGGERING i hear sorry. i so no your not and walk out. OMG Gonna stay in Estacada they are for sure Pros there unless one of these scam artists transpher out therd and ruin it for all of us.
