The owners and staff are amazing people, they're so professional. I have taken both of my daughters to get alterations for their prom dresses and they've done an amazing job each time. Although they try to keep their prices down, alterations can be expensive but they are worth every penny due to the quality of work that they provide. Need an alteration this is the go-to place!

We’ve been going here for years, they always do a great job! I recently went in to ask about a zipper replacement and they managed to fix it on the spot instead. Highest marks for integrity and honesty!

Above and beyond customer service!! I walked in late in the afternoon with a not so simple alteration job that I needed by the next morning. Nik stayed late, made it happen, and I couldn’t be more grateful!! if I could give six stars, I would. The world needs more customer service like theirs!

I generally felt price-gouged by this dry cleaner and of course dishonesty in that they do that. They also didn’t have one of my items ready when they said it would be, so I have to go back again. It was their bad and they didn’t offer to deliver the item. They are understaffed, had to wait at the counter for a long time about 15 minutes to pick up my items. They did a nice job on the items. I won’t use this business again because I feel I was taken advantage of

FINALLY found a place close enough to repair my 20 year old leather jacket... Super easy to send it off and communicate everything thru text. Even after being told about a delay, they managed to get this done by the original done by date!

I’ve been using Peacock Cleaners for several years and I continue with them because I can count on their work, professionalism. Add to that they are VERY nice and helpful. It’s nice to have a business that cares about their customers and the work you pay for. In fact, I moved further away and still drive out of my way to keep them as my dry cleaners.After seeing a couple of negative reviews, it makes me think of “treat people how you want to be treated” saying.
