I’ve been renting at this Public Storage location with Kristal for almost two years now. The facility is great—well-kept, secure, and you often see Kristal checking on the building. She's always helpful and kind.
But today I have to tell you about Brenean (forgive me if I spelled that wrong). I got the worst kind of call—the one where you realize, oh no, I forgot to pay my storage bill. It was the 8th, which meant fees, and I was dreading it.
Brenean stayed on the phone with me, patiently walking me through setting up the app and auto-pay. I was frustrated with myself for forgetting. I lamented on the high rent. He reassured me as we got everything squared away. Then he mentioned that while fees aren’t always able to be waived, my rent was actually going down. By the time we finished, he had already requested the late fees to be refunded. I ended up with autopay set up, lower rent, and no shameful, expensive fees.
That kind of support is rare. Brenean turned a stressful, discouraging moment into one of relief and gratitude. I can’t say thank you enough, so I’ll let this review say it every time someone reads it: you have amazing people here who are truly making your customers’ lives better.

This location was awesome. Very clean and safe. Staff does regular walk arounds to ensure the property is always safe. Kristal was awesome. Her customer service was the best I have experienced in a very long time from any business. A big THANKS to Kristal! If I ever need to rent a storage locker in this area again, I would definitely use this location. I highly recommend them. Thanks for a great storage rental experience.

I came in to rent a unit (after a cross country drive) and really had no clue what I wanted or needed. Justin patiently explained all the options and worked with me to find the best solution for my needs. The whole time he was working with me I kept thinking - wow - this guy is amazing - not just because of his knowledge but because of his unique human and curious approach. Thank you Justin!
