Easy and accommodating. Quickly set up a small storage unit and cost is very reasonable. Krystal provided fantastic customer service, coming in when not even scheduled to help so my son could move out of his college dorm room without having to throw anything away. If everyone provided similar customer service, the world would be a more pleasant place.

Be careful with setting autopay with them. If you enter incorrect info accidentally, they will not notify you of this and continue to automatically attempt charges on the incorrect info until you catch it yourself. They never call or anything. Literally just continue to attempt charges that will bounced back and each bounce back will be a fee you will have to pay even though they are the ones knowingly charging incorrect information. Such poor communication!

The storage building painted my door and got paint all over my items. The insurance the sold me doesn’t cover paint damage. The company won’t answer my phone calls. Do not use this company.

Renter beware! I moved out the 2nd of this month w/ more than a 30-day notice. I was initially told I'd be refunded for the days of the month not used. However, I'm now told they charge for the entirety of the month, regardless of move-out date, 1st or the 31st. Deceiving. A call to Customer Service led me to a "Managers Number" that only accepts voicemails... Otherwise, the storage unit was clean, easily accessible and the staff were friendly. Just bad business, though.

If there was a negative star rating, I would've chose that. So, NEVER let them put your bank account info in their system. I gave them a voided check as instructed, they put the bank account information in incorrectly. Once they received a "stop-payment" from some unlucky individual they were charging, they decided to start charging late fees WITHOUT informing me of anything. This seems a little scammy for a company to take part in. They mess up, and charge the customer for it?? I called the regional manager and she couldn't answer the simplest of questions. All I received was typical misdirection, NON-acceptance of responsibility...This has been the worst experience with a business in a long time. STAY AWAY, unless you don't mind randomly NOT being able to access your property and having to deal with their rude customer service on the phone. I will never do business with this company again. Also, it only requires seven (7) people for a class-action lawsuit. Food-for-thought...

I rented a unit in August 2020. I live in a condo in Lake Oswego and was getting rid of stuff, some to GW some to trash and some I wanted to keep but didn't need it within reach. I added a few boxes in November. End of March 2021 I was alerted that my lock looked funny and when I went to check, my key didn't work. I had not been there since November. It took several days for the proper company hired by Public Storage to come and cut the lock that had been put on by the thieves and I was not present when they broke the lock and found my storage unit empty. It's a bit much to take in. I had insurance but I guess the lesson learned is to store expensive stuff because you can recoup insurance money. What I had was at least 15 old photo albums ( I'm 74) , lots of large framed pictures of family. Other things that didn't have much monetary value, but every baby picture of my daughter and those of her dad who passed when she was 8, her grandparents and the first 6 years of her life growing up in HawaiI. I have absolutely no recourse. I honestly didn't know that this could happen. I am still gobsmacked.
