I went inside there was a Chinese lady with a gray shirt assuming manger I asked if she can put $20 on a pump she ignored me completely and kept taking I left it on the counter , then a customer comes out to me and ask if it was my money and he had to go and tell them the exactly what I had said when I went back in for clarification they responded with well we didn’t know and she’s on break, I said well why didn’t she communicate that with me instead of just turning around and ignoring me very horrible service for it to be lake Oswego

Decent location, but come on, update your hours, your not 24 hours, you close at 9pm

The hours on their website and Apple Maps are wrong. The pumps will STILL CHARGE YOU at 10 pm, but they will not function. Do not go here

Decided to try this place as my diesel options are dwindling...Pardon me but TF is wrong with this place? Just filled up and it took a loooong time for the guy to come over to hang up the nozzle. I get home and check the gas door on my car and make sure the screw cap is tight after smelling strong gas fumes. Gas was spilled all over the inside of the gas door compartment. Cleaned it up and some gas had dripped on the driveway, too! Ugh!!! How y'all be proud running a business like this?! First time here and LAST time here.

Have had good luck here before but today purchased gas and it never actually went into my tank. When I left I was still at 4 miles to empty and sputtering, I went to the next gas station and filled up, no issues and my car's sensor showed what was in my tank. When I called to alert the manager that their pump wasn't working she told me I was wrong and refused to check the pump even though I told her I didn't care about a refund but wanted to make sure it didn't happen to others - she was terribly rude and flat out refused to even look to see if there was an issue. I will never return and no longer trust Im getting the gas I am paying for there!

Recently, I was low on gas and driving down Terwilliger Blvd when my car conked out. I managed to coast to a Shell location on North State St. in Lake Oswego. I noticed only one attendant was working when I arrived. It was a gentleman with clean cut silver hair. As I approached the entryway to the Jackson's food market. I heard a polite but assertive command. He recommended I wait outside until he was finished helping the customers waiting for ⛽ gas. At first, I was upset. I didn't see any reason why I had to wait outside. Then I saw how much effort the cashier/gas attendant was giving each customer. He treated them all uniquely but with extraordinary respect. Once he was finished he gave me impressive individual customer service. Out of respect I have agreed to not share his name. He explained how much he loves his job. The distinguished gentleman said he has been blessed to work for a manager and assistant manager that care about him. He explained how much he loves to converse with customers but told me politely he had return outside to help more customers. I hope he's doing well. He certainly made a life long customer out of me. Anyone in Lake Oswego, make sure you get gas or a snack at the Shell on North State St.The customer service is second to none.5 ?????

Convenient location and it gets the job done but the man who works there is not very warm and makes the whole experience a little intimidating. A smile makes people more excited to come back :)

At first look it is a very nice gas station in Lake Oswego. They offer propane as well. I pulled in to fill the tank and the guy who waited on me was definitely not happy to be there. He didn't say hi or anything positive. He basically wanted me to get my tank filled and out of there even though there was no one else in the station at the time. I thanked him and told him to have a nice day with no response or return gesture. He didn't even look at me. They are open on Sunday which is not what the info here says. I think I will pass on going here again. Smile! :-)

Horrible service. The guy kept getting to get out to go outside when I was trying to pay for my gas, then proceeded to put the wrong gas in my car(regular instead of vpower)
