Update. Was in contact with the salon owner a few days ago. He had me send my venmo so he would send a partial refund, not at all fair but better than nothing at this point right? :-) Guess what ... 48 hours later no Venmo and now my numbers has been blocked. I would just like to reiterate I am a really nice person who would never go out of my way to affect anyone's business negatively but this entire ordeal was just too much. Looking at other reviews here and elsewhere anyone who leaves a slightly negative review, the owner is very defensive and never addresses the reviewers issue just talks about how great his staff is. Pretty lame.

Horrible customer service and total waste of time and money! I wish I'd read the reviews first. I brought my daughter in for services and I've never experienced the level of disrespect as I did from Tammy who refused to answer a simple question about a service request. Got argumentative, then she got super rude about it all together. Then she took an attitude when I asked her why they didn't have a product? Short of it is, she's rude and disrespectful to others, delusional about herself is my sincere thought. As I waited for my daughter to be done, I observed many people get in and out of her chair with their hair looking worse or the same as when they walked in!! What tha.. Save your money people and your time, find a reputable place of business or settle for substandard services and blatant disrespect. I think NOT. This is the most egregious waste of time and money if ever. I am stoopified. I would never spend a red dime here again. Supercrap.Addendum: The owner did reach out to me and, sincerely cares about the customer experience. I went there the following day hoping to speak with Tammy and resolve the concerns I had but she chose not to speak or acknowledge me. That's fine, I appreciate the kindness of the owner. Thank you.

If I could give zero stars I would.I went to the salon yesterday for color. I was shown color swatches of different hair colors I chose a medium brown.The stylist was working on two of us at a time. She left the developer on my hair for 45 minutes when it should have been 20.As she was washing it out (finally) she referred to it as "brown and blonde" and even her co-worker raised her eyes at me like "what the heck". The coworker was sitting at the next sink chatting with Tammy.she saw the color when Tammy was rinsing out my hair and that's why she gave me the look that she did.Obviously I wasn't happy but hair can be fixed.Heres the kicker SHE CHARGED ME $394.00.NOT a typo.I was shocked and the salon was full of people and I didn't really know what to do so I left.she had already run my card before I knew what the amount wasI called my bank and they said go back to the merchant and see if they will make it right. The next day (today) I drove 30 minutes back to the salon to talk to the stylist. She basically told me to go screw myself. I told her I was just trying to be fair and that I realized that I would owe her some money for services even though she pretty much wrecked my hair.She got very hostile and asked me to leave which I did. But first I asked her for a card so I could speak to the manager or the owner, she gave me a business card with nobody's name on it and the phone number goes directly to the salon.I called the district office in Portland and got a recording that their voicemail was full and I should try back another time. I called the corporate office in Minnesota and it only had push button options for HR and technical support.I stayed on the line hoping somebody from HR would direct meto the right place but after waiting on hold finally got another message that said they were busy and could not take the call at this time.I tried to be reasonable, Tammy at the salon kept telling me there were cameras pointing at me I said fine no problem. At this point I have no choice but to do a charge back. They could have avoided this so easily. And by the way at no time during the entire time did she discuss pricing. I asked her how many times she has charged a customer $400 without discussing it with them before or during the process.I think I have written maybe four reviews ever. If it was just (just!) that she wrecked my hair I would first talked to her and try to be reasonable and see if she would fix it.Supercuts --$400.00 !?!UPDATESomebody gave a response below obviously they did not read my review because they are saying that I was happy with the service? No. I wasn't.Even if I was thrilled, $400 dollars isabsolutely ridiculous.They said in their response that they are customer-centric and at the same time said I would get a call sometime this week? if they had the time to respond to my review you think they would have the time to give me a call? I did call their number back and now it says I need to put in a code to get access? Huh?When I've called the same number including this morning they at least had a voicemail.Sooooo shady.UPDATE: I WAS ONLY CONTACTED BY THE OWNER OF THE SALON AFTER HE SAW THIS REVIEW. AS I SAID I CONTACTED THE SALON AND THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME HIS CONTACT INFORMATION. I HAD TO DO A GOOGLE SEARCH TO FIND HIM.HE SAYS HIS BUSINESS IS CUSTOMER-CENTRIC THEN WHY WON'T HIS EMPLOYEES GIVE HIS NAME OR CONTACT INFORMATION TO UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS?HIS RESPONSE IS TOTAL BS.ANY REPUTABLE BUSINESS WOULD HAVE REACHED OUT TO ME FIRST. WOULD HAVE AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN A VERY EASYFIX.Also: He said I was happy with the results. I was not.He said I was there for 4 hours. That's because she was working on other customers at the same time as she was working on me, and I had made an appointment. As a result she left the developer on too long.When I went back the following Monday to try to resolve the issue the stylist would not even discuss it with me rationally or show me the swatches so we could see the difference in what I had selected and what I got.

This was my first time going to this Supercuts. I had gone to Perfect Looks and the hairdresser just ruined my hair. I was so upset. I knew I had to fix it but was not going back to Perfect Looks. So long story short, her name is Ashley. She saved my hair. I love my hair and will definitely going back to her. She was so sweet and understanding. If you want a good cut, go to Ashley ?❤️

I made an appointment and sat down and was told my hair could not be cut today because I didn’t know what I wanted and she was working on someone else. I knew what I wanted.. I wanted a professional opinion of an idea I had. I clearly said I wanted a long bob and was told it could be done since she had another client. Tammy did not give me the time to explain what I wanted, and just kept saying I didn’t know. I just drove here 2.5 hours because this place was recommended. This was such an awful experience. She sat me in a chair to tell me “she didn’t have the time to cut my hair”. I felt so disrespected. I hope other Supercuts are not this awful.

A friend kindly gifted me a SuperCuts gift card, and I thought it would be a great opportunity to try out SuperCuts. Upon going to pay I was unable to use the gift card to pay and had to use cash instead.However, the owner's personal call and subsequent refund turned the situation around. Their dedication to customer satisfaction showcased genuine concern and willingness to rectify mistakes, leaving me appreciative despite the rocky start.

I hate when stylist change shops and you don't find out until you go to make an appointment. I went on Saturdays to see Vickie and now I don't see her name there. TIme to find another salon, one of the things I hate doing.

Needed a last minute new cut and Tammy was amazing. She listened to what I wanted, asked me questions to confirm what I wanted and then gave me exactly what I wanted. Couldn't ask for more.

Stumbled upon this place recently..Ashley was between appointments and was able to fit me in for a walk in haircut. I couldn’t have been more pleased! She really enjoys her craft and chatting with customers; it was a really pleasant experience in every regard. Also, I appreciate a stylist who will be honest and tell you their opinions on hairstyle options and Ashley did just that. The experience honestly felt like a higher end salon than the Supercuts name would indicate. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you!
