I have been here before and each time they forgot one item and I had to remind them of it. So I don't go often but I dropped off a suit of my husband's. He took off the suit and handed it to me and the next day I brought it to tik Tok cleaners. I dropped it off and when I returned a week later to pick it up, the man there handed me the pants in a wad and the pants were torn in the crotch. Not just torn but ripped. There were torn pieces that were so large. I was flabbergasted. I asked if his machinery had done this. He said no it came to him that way. I said I'd never bring in torn, unwearable pants to have dry cleaned. He argued with me. We stood there arguing about what happened and he wouldn't budge - it was my fault. So I paid for the jacket and the shirt and he told me he wouldn't charge me for the pants. I said of course not, he hadn't even cleaned them. I am wondering if they got caught in something and ripped. This was a custom made suit that was 2 years old. I don't understand but I can't believe the poor customer service I received there. I usually try to write positive reviews to highlight good businesses but I felt like I need to warn people not to go here.

I'm sorry to do this, I've been coming here for about 4 years. I like to support local small businesses. Recently I had several cashmere sweaters cleaned here. I picked up all the sweaters and when I got home I realized one was missing. I returned to tell him I'm missing one of my sweaters and he told me I already picked it up. Nope, I did not. Now, a couple of months later I went to retrieve a wool sweater cardigan, when I arrive he tells me I already picked it up. Nope, I did not. I left with my claim receipt and will not be back.

Hearing this place was so good I took my mother’s cherished silk pillow to be dry cleaned. I made the assumption that if they didn’t know how to clean it they would let me know. Unfortunately for me they put a delicate silk pillow through a washing machine! Now it is not only ruined but the machine washing ripped one side open. They did a scary job of sewing the rip. If they had just told me they didn’t know how to clean it I would still have my treasure intact.
