Friendly staff. Helped us out in a pinch when our truck broke down... Would have liked it if the driver was wearing a mask while in the tow truck with us. But the service was great and was happy with our experience ☺️☺️☺️

Tow truck driver hit my personal vehicle while under the influence of Marijuana and I was never paid or compensated for it. Worst towing company to exist right next to BC towing. Save time and use Santiam towing and recovery instead

I was stuck on the side of the 205N bound, I called 3 times and no pick up, couldn't leave a voicemail because it was full. Seems like they have good service based on the reviews but my personal experiences doesn't relate.

Extremely rude. I called to ask for help and someone started to help me then half way through getting my information said "you know what, can I just have a driver call you back in a bit?" Then proceeded to never call me back. Very unprofessional and I will not be recommending them again.FYI I run a mechanic shop and was trying to set up more permanent business. But not with people like this.

This is a good tone company honest, friendly and affordable I recently used. Therr Salem towing service and was shocked to find out that they had a tow yard here in Lake Oswego. They arrived quickly and git my car and I to my mechanic in Salem.
