“Reserved a truck online and went to pick it up at the counter, overall process was smooth and quick, truck handled well. Samantha was very lovely and welcoming in helping us with our reservation. She was very informative explaining the details of the truck rental and was very helpful in helping me hire some moving labor as well. She was very professional! The moving labor ended up helping immensely, the workers were very professional and quick, and the service did not cost too much overall.
The truck was in good condition and clean, and I was even able to return the truck a day early and get a bit of my money back. Only thing that could make the truck even more useful is if it had some sort of backup camera or rear view camera installed. Other than that, service at this Uhaul was great!”
“I have rented from this location several times. The employees are fantastic. This part weekend when I went to pick up my truck you could tell it wasn't checked. It was obviously used in the rain because there was mud in the can and back of the truck. I'm glad I opened the truck before I left or I would have had to clean it myself. They blew it out and mopped it before I left. I did get a brand new 4-pack of AA Energizer batteries left in the back of the truck. Lol. I will definitely be back.”
“I reserved the truck for 24 hours, but the app switched it to 12 hours. When I tried to contact via chat, it said there was a 45 MINUTE WAIT TIME for next available agent! WHO HAS TIME TO SIT AND WAIT ON CHAT WHEN YOU'RE RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF MOVING?!?!?
The human beings at the location were GREAT, but the online experience was absurd! I'm giving 5 stars because I believe the RATING applies to this LOCATION, not my experience with the BS undoubtedly outsourced (so-called) Customer Service!”

“I have been a customer at this establishment for at least six years, renting vans and trucks, filling propane tanks, regularly enough to recognize the staff each time. The team is consistently knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, and kind. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for these services.
When they get busy, as every business does from time to time, you'll see that one customer who thinks they're more important than everyone else. You know, the ones who will make everyone else wait longer so they don't have to wait at all? I've never had a bad experience at this location, except when people like that show up. Maybe sometimes people just get what they give.”
“Just moved in transferring from one storage unit all the way across town closer to home to secure space and barely made it on time to get my unit number and Mary was ready to go home and she was kind enough to stay to get me set up so I wouldn't have to pay another day for my U-Haul”

“I rented a small van to move a piece of furniture. The two friendly employees I interacted with were helpful in choosing the right furniture dolly and in explaining the rental process. He even carried the heavy dolly across the street to the van for me. I highly recommend this location for great customer service.”
“Great location. This place has anything you could need when moving multiple sizes of box trucks. To trailer boxes to car hauling trailers to pickup trucks. They even have storage boxes and a warehouse to store your full box until your ready for it. Not to mention every size cardboard box and tape and even mattress covers its an all In one shop. The crew here is on their game in friendly and fast was in and out In Just 15 mins. Trucks are clean and we'll maintained..this is my new go to place. And if you prefer you can do the entire check I. “I have used Uhaul for many of the about 25 moves in my life. This latest one has been particularly challenging for a number of reasons. Sherry went the extra mile with my reservation today. The online service for picking up my truck was not working. She not only helped me do what I needed to do, she noticed the truck that was assigned to me had a lock on the door that wasn’t cooperating, so she found me another truck. She was so kind, empathetic, and had customer service in every word and every action. Thank you, Sherryand thank you, UHaul for hiring her! I appreciate you so much!”
“My first time using the mobile self check out. Kind of awkward, but I think I can get used to it. Be sure to follow directions carefully and bring all you need when you pick it up, like 2nd ID, etc. Had a hickup or two, but U-haul had someone available via phone to help out. Went relatively fast and I'd do it again. Just be prepared your first time.”

“The service is more than excellent, courteous, caring, respectful and everyone was eager to be helpful. I left my keys inside my vehicle but left an opening in one of my windows. Nick ask his supervisor about helping me get the key and in no time they retrieved my key and I was so thankful and happy for their help. Awesome service, in no time they gave me the vehicle I needed to collect a couple items I gave purchased close to the area.
Evelyn on the phone in no time also helped me locate the door with the slot for dropping the key.
