CS needs lots of improvement. Have never met anyone in management to discuss our business loan or banking needs. Lot's and lot's of documents to sign without a way to docusign them so you have to physically bring them in. Or waste the time scanning them one at a time. Deposits are slow and lines can be long. Have gone and left a couple of times because of slow service.

This has to be the absolute worst US Bank in Oregon. I should’ve read the reviews on Yelp before going. I went to the outside ATM to put cash in my account exactly at 5pm this afternoon 12/27/21. The transaction didn’t go through and I had to file a claim. ALL staff were still inside with this occurred. They close at 5pm so I tapped on the window where they all looked up as I pointed to my receipt for help. They looked among each other and continued packing up to leave. I stood outside in the snow for awhile waiting for someone to come out so I could explain and get some verbal help if any at all. I was ignored. Worst banking ever and should’ve known better to come here.

I called the toll free number to open an additional account and was told I needed to go to the local branch. I asked if I needed an appointment and the representative said that it wasn't necessary as the branches are accepting walk-Ins. So, I head to the branch. There isn't a single customer so I think, "Great, this won't take long." I explain to the person at the desk why I'm there and before he could respond, the manager swoops in and says, "You need an appointment." I explain that the U.S. Bank representative at the toll free number said I didn't need an appointment. Besides, there's still an hour before they close and there aren't any other customers. He closed his eyes and shook his angry bald head and said he won't help me. I could understand if they had other customers but the place was completely empty! I can't wait to change banks.

Literally the SLOWEST bank on the planet. I've banked professionally with US Bank for years. This particular branch is difficult to work with, only ever has one teller, and if you have more than one deposit to do they force you to come inside EVEN DURING COVID. When you do go inside, don't expect any form of customer service. You'll be greeting with condescending tones and "over it" dismissive attitudes.

MISERABLE BRANCH MANAGER I've banned with US Bank for almost 30 years and have never had such terrible service at a branch as I have from the Napoleon dude who manages this one. He has a giant chip on his undersized shoulder and should learn the true meaning of customer service. If you want to be treated like a sub-par customer, be sure to visit this US Bank branch in Lake Oswego. Edited to Add: I did reach out to corporate via email and phone number week of 12/28 without response.

I have been a customer with US Bank since 1980. Made a deposit with a check drawn on US Bank with plenty of funds, asked for the funds to be immediately available in my account for cyber Monday Xmas shopping (I have been doing this for 30 years and have always had the funds immediately available each and every time.) 3 hours later and 3 visits back to the branch they finally posted it to my account with funds available. I go to purchase Xmas presents in all of my carts I had holding until I made my deposit to charge on my debit card and everything had been sold. I guess if it takes 3 hours to make a deposit on the busiest Online shopping day of the year that sort of thing will happen

Awful unless you want to live at the branch. These people and this entire organization made my life hell and then blamed me for their mistake. Good luck getting someone on the phone, too. Pulled my funds out and closed my account.

I like this bank because how friendly people here are. If you come here ask to talk to Anna. She will help with everything you need and will make more suggestions. Happy and smily place to stop by. Total change from years back when you wanted to avoid this place for sure. Management makes all the difference. Thanks.
