I went into get a new debit card Because the new one they sent me had the wrong name. It⁷ had 2 middle names.The young man showed me what my name on the card would look like. We even went out side and entered a pin. The next day, a card came Express mail with the same old wrong name on it. Again, it had to middle names. I called a different branch and spoke to a young woman who told me I had to come in and have my name changed on my account. Well, there is nothing wrong with my account. I have been banking with it at USB for 31 years. So I guess I have to make another trip to the bank and wait for some young person to figure outt how to give me a card with the right name.This is my 3rd attempt. After 32 years, I may be saying goodbye to USB!

Came in today nervous about depositing checks because I have never came in person to deposit a check before. Valerie was so nice and so accommodating, she showed me a lot of resources within the app and just relived my anxiety. Best service I have ever gotten at US Bank. Next time I have to go in person to the Bank I will definitely be heading to this branch. Thank you Valerie!!

I've been banking at this location for a number of years and enjoy the senior staff that have worked here. They are extremely helpful and courteous whenever i've needed something.

The older woman that works here is incredibly condescending and clearly enjoys making people uncomfortable. She seemed put out that we had a scheduled appointment and had to accommodate us. The extremely young (though pleasant) banker we spoke with ultimately turned out to be wildly inept. He misinformed us on multiple processes of opening our account, then failed to file important paperwork or follow up on any of our emails. Overall a super disappointing experience with this branch, will be going far out of our way to use a different one.

Nancy with this branch is the worst supervisor one could ever have. She was very rude and by the look on her face you could definitely tell that she was enjoying it. I went in to cash a check that a customer gave to me that and they wanted to charge me seven dollars for not being a member, that was fine all I asked for was a receipt if they were going to Steele money from me, she told me that can not give me one, I told her that if they hare going to charge me a fee and deduct that from the check, by law I am entitled to a receipt. She said that they will not give me one.I told her to go ahead and cash the check and if they do not give me a receipt then I will sue them for Unfair Trade Practice, she told me that I ad to leave.I went to a different branch they cashed the check, charged me the seven dollars and gave me a receipt all under ten minutes.I do not know what Nancy's problem was, but U.S. Bank needs to fire her for the way she treats people. I think she is a person that has some mental problems and most likely has underlying control issues, thank goodness she is not a manager and now I know why they wont put her in that position.What happened to U.S. Banks five star rating? Now it is only 3.6 and going down. And what is it when a bank opens at 11:00am? What a looser.

I had been with Chase for years, but I wanted to open an account at a bank closer to me, and one that was not one of the banks "too big to fail," like Chase. US Bank fit that description. It's essential that the bank I use has a bill payer online system, which US Bank does. The problem is, whenever I try to get into it, the system tells me I'm using the wrong password (I'm not). After several tries, it tells me the system cannot be accessed. I have checked online to see whether i'm doing something wrong, and I see a lot of similar complaints by other customers. I have complained to the bank more than once, and nothing has happened. The branch office I use is fine, but they cannot do anything about the faulty computer system. Sadly, I'm about to take my account back to Chase.
