CS needs lots of improvement. Have never met anyone in management to discuss our business loan or banking needs. Lot's and lot's of documents to sign without a way to docusign them so you have to physically bring them in. Or waste the time scanning them one at a time. Deposits are slow and lines can be long. Have gone and left a couple of times because of slow service.

What’s the point of having this location open if the workers can’t help with what’s seems like anything in person? It’s a waste of time to go in just to find out we need to call to get help. Why is it always short staffed too?

US Bank has been closing branches which puts pressure on all other branches. This one is still open. Although they open late on Thursdays. I'm grateful they have opened the drive through again.

I have banked at this branch for years. It has continued to go downhill. There has been a huge turnover in this branch. In general it seems like the staff find ways to not take care of customers. I think that us bank should literally shut this one downand start over. If you want a great branch try Burlingame.

Are always very short staffed and it gets worse every time I go there. For a number of reasons I have to do my banking in person. A few days ago several of us gave up and walked out. I had just visited the credit union across the street where they had plenty of staff on hand. I am now in the process of choosing another place to do my banking.

No help available during covid so add an hour to your time or hit a different branch.You'll get the long wait!!Tried this branch again last week.Still frustrating.I am a long time u.s. bank user but less and less a fan over the past few years . There has got to be a better way. Maybe even put a couple more atm on this property and it would be improved quite a bit.

Tatiana is rude and snobby and not very competent.After talking to her I went to the Terwilliger branch. Night and day experience. They were super friendly, kind, and helpful and were able to help me with the issue Tatiana said she couldn’t help me with. She should get an award for snobbiest service of the year.

I recently had the pleasure of banking at the Lake Oswego US Bank branch and have to say I was blown away by the curtesy and willingness that Berry Jansen (branch manager) offered me. I would recommend this branch to anyone looking for a professional and friendly atmosphere to bank in.

I called the toll free number to open an additional account and was told I needed to go to the local branch. I asked if I needed an appointment and the representative said that it wasn't necessary as the branches are accepting walk-Ins. So, I head to the branch. There isn't a single customer so I think, "Great, this won't take long." I explain to the person at the desk why I'm there and before he could respond, the manager swoops in and says, "You need an appointment." I explain that the U.S. Bank representative at the toll free number said I didn't need an appointment. Besides, there's still an hour before they close and there aren't any other customers. He closed his eyes and shook his angry bald head and said he won't help me. I could understand if they had other customers but the place was completely empty! I can't wait to change banks.
