After a great experience at the Lake
Grove post office, I was referred over to this location for passport services. There was no one in line but I felt like I was a bother. They gave me zero direction and rushed me out. Odd experience!

2:30 PM and 5:30 PM pickup only. Pretty lack luster since most all others have AM pickup for transfer. Don't expect same day. I started driving to other locations despite this being the closest.

This post office is always very friendly and efficient. Everyone who works here has been extremely nice and they do well with the amount of people they have. Before moving here I dreaded going to the post office but not anymore.

Nobody answers the phone. Nobody cares about your packages or the service you get. The lazy letter carrier we have won't deliver packages to the office, will mark the slip as "office closed" but our office is open literally everyday. Really hope the carrier gets in some sort of trouble with how often they lie on their parcel scans, but with how terribly the PO is ran I'm sure nothing will come of this.

Absolutely incompetent delivery staff. The level of laziness is astonishing, they either give up or deliver to the wrong address. On top of that, because they mess up on their side, they make it very difficult for you to get your package.

I am worried that this location may be having some problems. I dropped off a time sensitive package with a tracking number and it was delivered late and therefore I had to repeat. This time I noted the new tracking number and have been checking on the postal website. The package was dropped off three days ago and has not been processed yet and needed to be delivered tomorrow across the country. This is concerning. I know that there are staffing shortages and other issues within USPS itself but this seems a bit egregious when the sender provided me twice now a special envelope for expedited shipping. If something can't even be logged into the system on time, how can this work? I'll be handing the next one to an employee and demanding a receipt. Ridiculous.

James tried to ship out a package for my mom and somehow the package postage fell off and was sent back to her. Now we are here and it's taking over 5 minutes with James again to re post the package and send it out again. NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE. The postage was never put on there and we could both see the postage was never put on the package and ripped of like James suggested. James suggested that someone ripped off the postage. He seems very nice but just very nervous to the point mistakes like this are made. Go elsewhere to send important mail.

This office engages in repeated fraud. Three times now I receive email alerts that "delivery was attempted but no one was available to sign," yet two of the times no poster worker ever came anywhere near my front door. The third time I even kept the door open and sat where I could see out of it the entire afternoon, and WHILE I was sitting there, I received the same notice that a delivery attempt was made, but no one was home. This behavior isn't just lazy, it's criminal and I hope someone is held responsible.
