You guys need to retrain you drivers, I should be finding my packages in my Garbage! I been looking at day for these packages that were suppose to be delivered to my door or even my gate but my trash! That not okay and I have a huge problem with that!

What a treat to have such an engaging and helpful postal worker. I wish I had gotten his name but he was a delight! He directed me to the downtown location for passport services and they had horrible customer services. FYI- it appears neither do passport services. You’ll need to make appointment online.

The crew here is by far the best USPS staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. They are always pretty friendly and knowledgeable and helpful and fair. I’ve never had any issues when mailing out packages here (and I’ve mailed a bunch!) I always looked forward to visiting this USPS because I knew it would be efficient and reliable. Bless those guys for having to deal with some insufferable customers with smiles on their faces!!! When I moved from Lake O to Vancouver I was legitimately sad I’d have to switch USPS’. Y’all are awesome!!!

This post office has lost 4 packages of mine in the last 3 months. I purchased a PO Box for $200 so hopefully this wouldn’t happen anymore and signed up for informed delivery. This did not solve the issue, just lost another package in the mail. All of the other delivery services don’t have an issue delivering my items, just the USPS. Thanks so much!

Hung is a superstar! Always quick and efficient, friendly and kind! He takes care of you with expertise and got me out of the post office before my lunch break was over! (Hard to do during the Christmas season!) He also reminded me I needed postcard stamps after we got my packages done! He is great at what he does and I always appreciate getting his help!

They'll make you pay for priority mail when you're just shipping something locally. Totally unnecessary. These staff don't know what they're doing. And Meghan was rude.

They were very helpful and quick. I have an autistic son, though. He may be happy and bouncy, or he may melt down when we go there. The postman at the counter recognized this and waved us forward. Even though he had other people waiting, he processed my mailing as quickly and efficiently as possible. This kept my son from being too loud for this smaller Post Office branch.

Hands down the best post office experience I have had in a long time. The staff was friendly, fast, professional and in great spirits. My experience with this post office has always been pleasant. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Sometimes I’ve had to wait while a customer in front of me dealt with a long, complicated mailing, but that is the nature of postal office customers. And the staff is as helpful and friendly with those customers as they are with me.
