The worst customer care m. I signed up for a promo I saw on TV to trade in my phone 'On Us!' So a free phone! Nope. I had to pay to get the promo and I never received credits for my trade in or my fees to initiate the trade process that was promised. The support center is not in the US so most of the customer service representatives don't have access to fix errors or get the correct answers and credits. I was sent by error to an American Verizon sales rep that would not help me fix my problem unless I added another line of service. He said that he has worked for Verizon for almost 20 years and it's straight commission in relation to his time is money and he didn't have the time to fix the erroneous errors to my account. I have to use Verizon because I live in an area of Portland with trees that block other services from being available at my location so the leverage is not on my side.

Wow, common theme here...we came in to upgrade two phones for our teenagers and were expecting to purchase iPhone 14's. Alejandro reviewed our account and the active promotions and found us savings ($10 credit for direct debit payments) and a better deal purchasing iPhone 15's. Kids are happy campers to say the least.

Very unhelpful associate. I purchased a new phone. I asked for assistance transferring data from my old phone. The assistant refused and told me to follow the prompts when I started the new phone. The first prompt said that I needed to contact Verizon to activate the phone. After I called Verizon (with the usual very long wait to speak with an agent), I was told that what I needed should have been handled in the store where the phone was purchased. Go elsewhere if you want assistance.

UPDATE since my original review: The day this review was posted, I had a regional customer service person contact me. He was fantastic. And resolved everything. It took time to get it through all the systems, but we got the money we were owed back. So I am grateful for the help. I've updated my rating to 3 stars as this should have never happened and shouldn't have taken a 1 start rating/review to actually get anyone to help me. I have heard since that the store manager is no longer there so that's also a plus. I am grateful to their regional service manager for resolving our issue.Original Review:I would give a zero if I could. I returned an apple watch 2 days after buying it (have the receipt of the return.). Realized later as I hadn't looked at my bill in a while, that I was still paying payments on that watch AND the data service for it. Victra never canceled the installment plan or the data service. When I called Verizon, they told me Victra was required to cancel it. That they can't cancel it because they need Victra to file the return in the system to cancel associate contracts. I guess that makes sense. When I came back into Victra with my receipt, Victra said they can't help me. That I needed to talk to Victra's manager. When I came back their manager said, "I wasn't here when you returned it so I can't help you." Hmmmm...The receipt you gave me isn't enough? Am I in the twilight zone? I have been fighting this for the last 4 months and no one will take responsibility. Meanwhile, I have now paid for a watch (and data) that I do not own and have never owned beyond 2 days. And I HAVE A RETURN RECEIPT. This is illegal. Do not shop here.

Yes, absolutely I recommend this business for everyone they are very nice, super friendly Never ever seen before believe me I never seen nice friendly customers service Brandon I'm hoping I say his name right my pleasure to this people in this Verizon store I feel I want to give them the feedback they deserve it I feel I want to say more nice things about this place because it's not enough what I say this place is very professional business I'm Experian's man been traveling a lot in my job never seen like this before very respectful and decent person I can feel the welcome inside my heart when I enter in this store I can see how they work Brandon he is very smart, very fast answering question these people they deserve more than 10 star Superstar, front desk, customer service Thank you so much by the way, even the store very very clean beautiful inside you feel is very professional where you standing me My experience about this place is very nice for everyone. Great service! Ramiz (spelling?) was super helpful and very pleasant. A very different experience than our visit to Verizon Express. Give that guy a raise. Will drive out of my way in the future for his brand of kindness.

Felicity helped my daughter go through selection and setup of her very first Smart Phone! And simultaneously assisted my wife with an upgrade after ten years on the same iPhone 6! Felicity also helped us identify the right peripherals needed for our busy lifestyle. Felicity went out of her way to help us and even stayed late to make sure our needs were met.
