Told him i needed a brake line replaced and he said "I'll take a pass on that." Meanwhile, the website and everything else says they work on "brake pads, brakes, and brake systems". Must be nice to pick and choose who you want as customers.

My power steering was destroyed when rodents ate through the wiring(!) Had it towed to Vics and was very impressed with their responsiveness, keeping me updated as to the status of the repairs and complete transparency with regard to cost (which was fair). Would definitely take the car there again, though I hope I don't have to for awhile!

Don't listen to the fake 5 star reviews. I went their awhile back to fix something on my bar that was rattling while i was driving. They said they could fix it and they fixed something completely different and i was left paying for 2 parts of the car to be fixed. Careful taking your car in. "Something else" will be wrong with your car and they'll fix it so you get charged more. Will never take here again. family and friends have had problems with this place too.

This is an outstanding shop. Mike and the rest of the team did some great custom work with my truck and saved me a lot of money and hassle in the process. Can't express enough how pleased I am with the service. It is hard to find an honest shop like this!

We have used Vic's for all of our cars for the last five years. They do a terrific job and never overcharge or try to have us do unnecessary services.
