Great place for atm withdrawals if your bank covers the $3.00 fee.

I am over this location since moving to Lake Oswego six months ago. I have had nothing but problems at this branch. You would think being in downtown Lake Oswego. They would get their act together and provide proper customer service to their clientele. What is the point in having a drive-through that is never open? Every time I go in there is a long line and one teller I mean you think that you could properly staff a branch if it's busy? Well, guess what I finally figured out how to outsmart Wells Fargo who thinks that it is acceptable to only allow me a $5000 mobile deposit Through my personal but $25,000 through my business so guess what I just did a test to see if I could take a personal check and deposited it into my business account that was over $5000 while standing in a long line at the branch, and guess what it worked. So glad that I have outsmarted the system. Going into the branch is one of my least favorite things to do. This branch, however, needs to get their act together or corporate should just shut them down altogether because they are completely worthless. Don't waste your time unless you have the time to wait, the lines could go a lot faster, but the customers remind me of people in Florida, and that they're so incapable of doing simple banking transactions that they have to go into the branch and hold up the lineto do things that could easily have been done themselves

Andrew at the drive through window has the best consistent attitude/customer service skills I have experienced at this branch. Although I cannot see through a mask (lol) I can tell there is always a smile on his face.

Friendly tellers and helpful bankers in a pleasant and unrushed setting.

They have a drive through with a real person in it! Dog treats and cookies available in the lobby. Tellers are all really nice and willing to go the extra mile. Even when waiting for our checks to get processed, they kept coming up making sure we knew they were still actively working on the issue. Bank lobby itself is bright and clean. Excited to hopefully make this our regular branch.

Scott is a superstar! I'm not sure if he's the branch manager, or what his position is, but he's always seemed to take ownership of our banking needs and has never disappointed us. This branch seems to have a bit of turnover, so it's nice to know that he's in there holding down the fort. Thanks for your good work Scott!

By far the best Wells Fargo I have been to. The drive through is often open. The ladies at the window are my favorite. They're so nice. Talkative but not too much to where the make it take forever. They always offer treats for the dogs and bottles of water at the end. I love that! The branch manager guy. I wish I knew his name, is awesome. Kind, and really helpful in situations where you may really need some help. He was really awesome a d helpful for me without me even having to ask. I always come to this one even if others are on my way.

Waste of time! Too big to care. We applied for a loan with this branch of Wells Fargo in July 2012. Our credit scores were excellent and we had over 50% equity in our property. Wells Fargo was unable to complete the loan funding within 90 days. After the lock expired, they told me that they did not know when it would fund. Our file was complete and there was no further information needed. It was just sitting in processing and there was nothing they could to to speed the along. Apparently, they were understaffed. They advised that they were unsure if it would even be able to fund by January. Keep in mind, we began this process in July. Ask yourself....Do you really want to put your money, the fruits of your labor, all of your hard work in a financial institution that communicates to its customers: "we understand you are in the right ... But here is NOTHING we can do for you." As a result, we pulled our file, ate the $500 appraisal cost, and went with another lender. Our new lender funded the loan in less than 6 weeks.
